Absolutely fantastic service! Jen seems to know things about these devices even the apple store couldn't figure out! Transparent pricing and never trying to oversell. The crew was friendly and helpful and the store was neat and clean. I will continue to do all of my tmobile business at this location, there's many others around but none so honest and helpful!

Jen, Tas and Mish were beyond helpful and kind especially with recommendations and upgrade options. The store was in impeccable condition! So clean and inviting! This is the only T-Mobile store I go to and this time was especially great! Great team and customer service!

Even though my visit to upgrade had some technical difficulties we had to deal with that kept me there almost 2 hours, it was a really great time. The girl that helped me (I unfortunately can't remember her name) was absolutely FANTASTIC and a blast to work with...and chat with while we waited :) Once those issues were ironed out, things went smoothly and I was on my way. By far the best Sprint store I've been to, and I've been to many. Keep up the good work!

This is the VERY BEST store for your Sprint products! We have never been disappointed and always leave feeling so good about our visit! The staff will exceed your expectations every time you walk in their door. They will be able to take care of any need or issue that you have and they always do it with Courtesy and Respect! Whatever your Sprint needs are, drive to the New Hudson Sprint store just South of I-96 and you will be so happy that you did!

I tell you what, I have been through the ringer ever since Sprint and T-Mobile merged. I have a business account and not a lot of stores can help me. David managed to work together with customer service and get me out the door with my phone working. Thanks so much for taking the extra step to make sure I left with a working phone!

I was very impressed with the service at this store, even though I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and the reps kept me posted on how much longer it would be. Their customer service is on point. I was frustrated with sprint at first but Janell helped me resolve all my issues, got my family and I new phones and put us on a cheaper plan. They have great team work and I walked out of that store as one happy customer. This is the sprint store to go to. Go see Janell

I switched all five of my phones from Verizon (after 10 plus years) to Sprint and I could not be happier! I am in a business that deals with the public so I know how important customer service is. The staff is great from the minute you walk through the door. They are willing to take the time no matter how long it takes.

I was in the sprint store when the employees got word of a bad review on someone who works for sprint but does not work at that store. I've been going to this store for years and never have met this gentleman. I can tell you I would bring my business anywhere else and I'm picky about where I spend my money. I've worked with Issa, Janelle and now Brittany and I've never had an issue with any of them. They care about you as a customer. While I was there yesterday Janelle had remembered things a customer had told them in a story from a previous visit. I also seen both Janelle and Brittany both set reminders on their phones for things they had to get done for customers. I appreciate the extra effort they go in making sure their customer is satisfied. I won't go anywhere else and it's because of the customer service. Sincerely,

Excellent customer service. I was on the phone with sprint several different times to activate a phone and it just wouldn't work. I went into this store and within a few minutes my broken phone was removed from my account and a different one activated. Julian was the best. Thank you!

The best consultant ever. Janelle should be a manager or trainer for Sprint sales associates because she is fantastic at multi-tasking. She covers all necessary requirements to make customers feel comfortable and want to stay in touch with Sprint as a provider. Janelle is top notch, secomd to none.

We have been going to this store for years, the second you enter the store you are greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude from the whole team. Janalle is always willing to go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied ! We have 5 phones on our plan and I won't switch carriers because of this team. Even though I was very upset to find out the previous store manager Issa is no longer at this location I still had a great experience with janell. She is absolutely sweet and helpful, she always goes above and beyond to make sure our business is well taken care of. I got a new phone and she helped me set everything up, from my emails to our security system that was set up on my phone. If you go to this store only deal with janell i promise that you will not regret it.

This the ONLY Sprint store I will ever use. I've been a Sprint customer since 1999 and always get my phones from this store. Janelle and Issa are super knowledgeable and very kind and efficient to work with. Highly recommend this store!!

I was very blessed to meet janalle who is the assistant manager at this store. I am not tech savvy at all and my phone stopped working. I went to the store in new hudson thinking i was going to have to pay a lot of money for another phone. janalle was so kind to spend quite some time with me to get my phone working again she also went above and beyond and retrieve all my important information i thought I had lost. If you want to deal with a honest very kind and very helpful person go see janalle. very nice young lady, god bless her.

John, the assistant manager was the best! He was patient and kind and helped me get a credit on my bill. This store treats customers like family. Will be referring my friends to this store
