Please tell your employees that they need to wash their hands when they are sneezing and coughing. Also, tell them if they are sick to wear a mask. I came in to buy some vitamin water and the man comes back in from outside and is coughing and wiping his nose with his hands then touches my bottles. I was so offended that I couldn't speak any words at all. I have sanitizer in my car and i was able to clean off my bottles but he should of washed his hands or asked the young lady behind the counter to get the register while he sterilized himself.

Idc if he sees this. I'll tell him to his face next time because I was too shocked this time.

The pump said I paid $30 and received 7.4 gallons of gas, however, my car said I only had 3 gallons left. So I went to the manager of the station, and informed him of this discrepancy. He told me that the “machines never lie”. I told him my car is a machine as well, and I can show him that my gas tank is showing 3 gallons. He responded “I don’t want to”, and told me there’s nothing he can do. When I realized that this guy simply doesn’t care at all, I asked to speak with the owner. The owner told me to drive around to see if my gas meter updates properly. So I drove around for a couple minutes, and came back because it didn’t update to 7+ gallons.

I told the rude manager again, and he told me there’s nothing he can do. I saw live footage of the gas station on one of the TVs there, so I told him to check the cameras so he will believe that I pumped my gas with the same car, and that I couldn’t have expended 80+ miles of gas in the last 5 mins, he said the cameras “don’t work”. I asked to speak to the owner again and he said no, and walked away.

Whether I’m right or wrong to ask for a refund, I don’t really care. The way this manager treated me was extremely disrespectful. All he needed to do was atleast act like he cares, but he couldn’t even do that. He showed no effort at all, and acted like I was an annoying mosquito. He was extremely unreasonable, and should never be managing anything again. Give someone else a chance to do this job, and I assure you, they will do a much better job than this float.

Horrible experience. First of all they have the most arrogant, unknowable staff. I couldn’t believe how to situation escalated, and the way they handled it. It was so unprofessional.

Secondly their pumps just sucks, it just doesn’t work and glitches. I happen to go to this gas station and tried to get gas however I wasn’t able pump the gas due to poor gas pump. Never got the gas I paid for. I was still charged for transaction. I was told that I was refunded but refund was never processed even after couple business days.
And now they are refusing to refund me back my money.

They essentially stole money from me and acted like it was completely a joke.

Not to mention they have the HIGHEST gas prices in New Hudson MI.

As far as customer service goes if you want to be treated better and save some money SUNOCO across from this gas station is much better. Better pumps ( that actually works) better, knowledgeable staff and cheaper gas price.

I do NOT recommend the Mobile gas station at 30465 Milford rd, New Hudson MI 48165 to anyone. They do not deserve your business.

I literally look at least 5 yrs older than I am so I don’t even know how this is possible but the cashier lady flicked my ID onto the counter in front of me and was treating me like I was trying to buy liquor underage… all i wanted was Bombay sapphire, she could’ve refused to serve me or whatever if she was that suspicious but instead she was just rude and idfwt. Probably will come back to buy liquor but I was assaulted by the negative energy in the building tonight so that’s my 2 cents

They don’t know how to empty trash cans here….very rude Ārabs.

Gotta scan your licence every time. I shop elsewhere whenever possible. But not across the street, same owners.
