Drew is always super helpful with all our phone and line needs, wish we had more people like him in all the att stores that can articulate clearly what all we need to do and what deals/promos they have going on, just bought 2 s24 ultras today and couldn’t be happier with the process.

Had a very nice visit with Robbie and Drew. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the area. Had an unpleasant experience at the South Lyon location.

Went to go exchange my phone for a newer one. Robby, the sales representative, was knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire transaction. He informed us our options and guided us towards the best value option for upgrading phones. Highly recommend Robby and this AT&T store!

James was awesome helping me setup my phone to the latest iPhone 14pro. He was courteous and polite and got everything setup so fast. He knows his stuff very well. I would recommend coming to this store for all your phone needs.

I had the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had at any phone store today! Ethan And Kyle were extremely helpful with getting me into a new phone. Everything I asked for was received and more. I have a fantastic new phone and case that I love! It is so nice to have quality customer service! I will definitely recommend this location and these two gentlemen specifically to everyone I know. Their employer should feel very happy to have them on their team! Thanks guys!

Hey I don't normally give 5 stars but will today. These guys did a great job. Even though we mostly knew what we wanted for phone replacements they took the time to look to see if there were any incentives / deals, they made sure everything was set up and all phones worked before we left the store. They were friendly and profession and never once pushed for up sells. They did let us know what was available but did it in a non-pushy way. Keep up the good work guys! The new phones are fantastic.

Justin was fantastic. He helped us with all of our questions and was amazingly helpful. We left very pleased that the whole reason for our reason was so quick and seamless!

Ethan provided me with exceptional customer service and was able to answer any question that I had for him regarding my daughter’s cell phone.

Back to AT&T New Hudson yesterday to get new phones for me and my daughter. Store manager Branden was outstanding in getting us set up with our new i-phones. Branden took the time to review my data plan to make sure I was getting the best value for my buck. Really appreciate the effort and time in doing that for me. Great store!!!

Management and staff provided a great experience in switching carriers. Helped picked a plan that is comparable or better from what I currently have. Explained step by step what would show up on the bill. Basically, answered all my concerns with switching over. When coming back for help with transferring the phones they were happy to help. This team was great with resolving my questions/problems.

This location will give you amazing customer service and Kayla is very professional. I just switched from Verizon and she not only saved me money but she also educated me on the new phone that I bought and she put me on the best plan for me! Came into the New Hudson AT&T store last week and Drew was super helpful and ordered us the phone we needed because it was out of stock. Received our new phone in the mail and brought it in to the store today to be sure we set it up properly and David was awesome, as well! Walked us through every step and helped us learn along the way. Excellent customer service!

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at an phone store. Won’t be going any where else. Came in because my phone went through the washing machine and I needed a phone. I thought they were going to stick it to me on the price since I had no room to negotiate since they knew I needed a phone immediately. The exact opposite! The manager Brayden was the most helpful phone sales man on the planet and got us the best possible deal he could find. Overall a great experience and ATT should be really proud of the customer service this store produces for them!

Went in there to have them switch over a phone for my Dad. Branden was absolutely fantastic! He knew exactly where was doing and had the best customer service skills!! Him and Gus are definitely the guys to see here!!
