The UPS Store

Great place. The owner came out to assist when a line was forming. I unexpectedly needed a box to send back a return. He got an extra one from the back for me, free of charge. I didn’t have any tape, so he also taped it up for me also free of charge and then assisted me in my return. Great customer service, I was very thankful for his kindness when he could have just tried to make a couple extra dollars.

Krissy is great! I had three different Amazon returns that required three different ways of returning. She was super patient and helpful when I forgot to bring a box for one of the returns. It's a cute, clean location with super friendly staff!

Great store great service and great people especially Christie! Susan is cool too truly a great staff including the owner! I drive far to come here.

Krissy helped me out today! I came in with an annoying amount of returns! She was very patient with me and they did not Nickel and dime me for the every single thing I needed like other ups store have. I only come here. They are the only ups store I will go to!

I love this ups Store! The staff is so friendly, and when I say they're patient I mean it. I come in every few weeks with ALL of my Amazon returns, and a lot of them!! Very professional, polite, and informative. The store was well kept, and I felt bad for the poor employee when another customer got short with them. That employee didn't deserve to be treated that way. Shame on the other customer. Thank you UPS store employees. You all deserve a raise. 😁

Singh was very helpful. I approached the store right after closing with my arms full of packages, instead of closing, he stayed open and processed all my packages. Now that is GREAT customer service!!!

Yesterday almost at closing time of shop, I had went to store to drop couple of packages. I messed up with return code and it took longer than expected. Excellent services at this location for printing and shipping. Sarah will always take the time required to make certain your shipments are sent out correctly. Printing and photo capabilities come in a broad range and are very cost friendly. A+++
