American Eagle Store

This store was immaculate. It was easy to navigate and was clean and tidy. I was so impressed. Alex was approachable, kind and helpful. He was a delight and made my experience great!

I went to AE this morning to get a graduation dress for my commencement ceremony that started at 2:00 😬. The employees were so helpful and I found something cute right away I just had to try on a couple sizes to get a good fit then the xs ended up fitting really well. I made it to graduation on time and I loved my outfit! I just took a pic of it when I got home because all of the other pictures of it have it covered with my gown. But the romper they helped me choose was so cute and comfortable and I got a lot of compliments. This staff is just so nice and friendly so I had to pop on here to say thanks!

I bought 2 pair of shorts for my daughter. We are part of the rewards program we had $15 off plus the manager honor the 30% off coupon. The store is clean & organized.

I love their clothing. The only thing that sucks is that their brick and mortar stores don't usually carry their items for bigger been, and you can only order them online. Their Jean selection in store cuts off at a 38 waist, and I'm a 40, so it's a bummer. Otherwise, quality clothing that lasts if you take care of it.

Went shopping with my daughters today at the Jordan Creek Mall. Bought some shorts and we got home and discovered that they hadn't removed the inktag. I called the store and they offered to have someone come to our house and remove it. They came by and removed it all the while apologizing for their error. I give them an A+ for customer service.

Highly recommended above and beyond service manager went above and beyond to let us into the shop when did not need to amazing store must check it out best one in town
