Had a recent easy-peasy Amazon return drop-off. In and out in less than a minute. Plus they handle my Chairish Drop-Off-and-Go orders. These take a bit more time, but they get the job done and the items (often large and/or breakable) arrive in perfect condition.

I just dropped off some packages here and got some lovely service with a smile. I remember this place staff used to be not very friendly but that seems to be getting much better. I wonder if it has new management? Will definitely come back.

Came ONCE last week, my girlfriend needed a lifescan and two employees made every excuse possible not to do it. Came back next week no circumstances changed. Max was extremely helpful and had a great attitude doing his job. I work in fine dining hospitality and financial services and I really appreciated the unreasonable hospitality behind his ethic.

I've had a mailbox with this store for some time and am so happy. They always have my packages prepared and give them to me quickly even when they're busy. I also used them for a notary recently and they helped me understand what I needed to bring in to get it processed. I love the employees at this location. The negative reviews must be from years ago before the new owner took over.

The management is extremely helpful. The staff is polite and considerate of my needs. They answered all my questions. They explained the entire process.

I was also looking for mailbox to rent and I choose this place. It had decent prizes with great features such as 24 hour access, allowing my get my mail whenever it suited my schedule. Another feature is that they give a street address which is easier to have my items shipped to my mailbox.

They have great shipping options. They will pack my fragile items and I know they are safe and arrive in one piece. They are pros at packing.

This UPS store is hands down the best store around. If you need to ship something, get a notary, or make copies, this is the spot. Very friendly customer service, always helpful, and offer a ton of services. I come here to take care of my business needs consistently.

I had some issues opening my return QR code on the Amazon app, but the staff was very nice and patient!

I ship from this store every other week or so, They always give the lowest rates they can, even if its not through UPS the also offer DHL, and post office sevices. The staff is very polite and helpfull as well. I never have had a bad experiance at this store, i highly recomend it.

Anthony was so incredibly helpful. I had 30 boxes delivered and he helped me to move all of them to my car and refused to even take a tip. Amazing customer service!

I have my mailbox here. It is in the Amazon delivery hub so it is very easy to do Amazon return as I pick up my mail. They do everything quickly and make labels in seconds.
