Excellent customer services!!! Made it very comfortable and easy. I have to say machine did not hurt . My tech was conversational, funny and very professional .

Before I knew it my mammogram was done. Also Medical front desk extremely nice, professional and checked me in a timely manner.

Came at 8AM opening for walk-in x-ray. My doctor also requested a specific employee to run the tests. The front desk staff confirmed the employee is working today and checked me in. Was told x-rays won't start until 8:30AM. I was promptly seen at 8:30AM. The procedure was quick and painless. There was a bit of setup required but the employee made the experience fun with small talk.

I had an appointment today @ NorCal Imaging Fremont, Ca. I came in earlier & they actually took me right in. No waiting in main lounge. The staff was very nice. Very happy with my tech and this office as it was my first time here. It was clean and went smoothly! :-)

We had a Saturday MRI visit in Fremont location.
Gunilla at the front desk made it a wonderful and comfortable start. She had a smile on her face and was very courteous in answering questions.
The MRI Techs Fatema and Serah were absolutely amazing. They made the whole experience a breeze. Very polite and patient friendly Techs.

I recently had a positive experience at NorCal Image Fremont. The front desk lady, even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment, was very patient and accommodating. She had a great helper attitude towards customers, and her helpful nature was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she definitely left a positive impression. Additionally, the X-Ray technician I encountered was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the process. Overall, I had a great experience at NorCal Image Fremont, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff members I encountered.

I got there on time for my appointment. Friendly knowledgeable staff, fast service. I can tell they were busy, nevertheless I only waited for 5 min. thank you! would definitely recommend.

It was very fast set me up comfortably with pillow and blanket earbuds and very comfortable went well did all 3 exams within a hour so didn’t have to come back for a second or third visit

Staff member met me in lobby. I was running late. Tech/employee was super friendly and understanding of my lower back issues. We placed a pillow underneath my hips, my head and two underneath my knees.
This made the twenty minutes spent in the MRI brain scan a breeze.

Relatively quick service. The young lady who checked me in was very nice and did her job well. The technician who took my daughters X-rays was very nice and caring.

The staff at the office were concern with my medical injury and were very helpful. The MRI Tech. Offered to help me in order to not fall and return myself. Very caring staff.

The staff worked together to coordinate my two separate procedures so instead of sitting for an hour in between, they fit me in back to back. The receptionist, the mamogram and the sonogram techs were all very personable, thoughtful and reassuring. The facility is currently understaffed yet everyone rose above that fact to take really good care of me.

I did a walk in for a foot X-ray on a Friday afternoon. After seeing so many bad reviews I was a little worried but everything went super smoothly from the moment I got there. Jasmine at the front desk made the check in process quick and the price for out of pocket was very reasonable at $70. The technician Rico took care of my X-ray in a very efficient manner and also brought out the requested CD of my images within 5 minutes. I was very encouraged by my interactions at this location and would recommend it to others.

I arrived at the imaging center at 8:20, checked in, and was on the imaging table by 835 for my 830 appointment. 20 minutes later I had a CD and was out the door heading home. I have never been to a facility That operated so smoothly. Staff was excellent, and the services were first rate.

I had X-rays done. I was in and out of the office in less then 35minutes. Thanks to the receptionist for being so helpful. The X-ray tech was happy made my visit enjoyable like always.

Great location even if it can get a little busy. Making an appointment is recommended. Richa was considerate and professional. The technician called me back right on time.

Pam was great to make me feel comfortable from the moment one with her great communication and I did not even realize when it was all over with my test.
Jasmine helped me a lot with the appointment I needed for my test.
