Staff have been truly great.
Their service is 5 stars — they solve problems, greet you, seem to be authentic, good humans.

I think they are short-staffed in the pharmacy which is a management issue.
I hate the new maze of telephone prompts when you call (again, management issue).
App is pretty good but if you have a med on hold there is no way to unhold it except coming in person or calling and going through the phone maze.
Also, one of the meds I had delivered never arrived, two weeks later. I called and they will have it ready for me to pick up tomorrow.
Again, five stars for the staff there!

All around good experience with the store and pharmacy. I had a couple horrible experiences with Walgreens pharmacy and will never go back. This was night and day- easy, pleasant and fast. They filled my medications in less than an hour and the line was short. I also find that they tend to have meditations that are out of stock at other locations. Even when I call, I’m quickly able to reach the pharmacist. Cashiers for the store were also very helpful and no line there either.

The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Much appreciation.

Friendly service every time I come here. They try to help you if they can. Ignore the low reviews, this pharmacy is perfectly fine.

I am glad that I found this pharmacy. Presently I know where to go each time I expected to get some medication and nutrients! This pharmacy should be known by many!

Pretty much your standard-issue CVS. It's a clean store with a good layout. The parking lot is a little tight.

Prepaying with the CVS app and selecting delivery or in-store pickup is easy.

nothing special but i still find myself buying random stuff here once in awhile

Closest CVS to my house!

This place is not the best CVS or the cleanest. It's been years I haven't seen a good CVS in California, specially in NorCal. I definitely use this one as backup to the Walgreens on Middlefield which is a few steps away from CVS. Palo Alto needs better pharmacies.

Prices are higher than Walgreens on some items, lower on others. The pharmacy is probably understaffed... On three different occasions at the pharmacy I was told that they hadn't yet received the prescription that was faxed in over an hour earlier, because "the computer system was down, but it's up now, so let me check, ah yes, the order just came in". On another occasion I was told that these faxes from the physician go to a central CVS location and are then forwarded to the specific branch, so the delays are at the central CVS location. With modern computers, I can't imagine why forwarding a message should take more than about 5 milliseconds. But in the greater scheme of life, an hour here or there isn't so important.
