AT&T Store

This review is solely for the competency, patience, and kindness demonstrated by staff members Brendan and Natasha. We had several issues and were extremely displeased with AT&T, but these two helped resolve or point us in the direction of who best to handle. They acted with respect and patience and were amazing to work with. Thank you!

Shout out to Brendan & Natasha! Brendan was awesome! Super patient, took time to explain everything, thorough, made sure I was satisfied, and just incredibly nice. Natasha was amazing, and super helpful! Very detailed & thorough. Service with a smile! After 23 yrs of loyalty to AT&T, about time I finally felt some loyalty in return! Fed up?? Go see Brendan or Natasha. They'll help you..... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The customer service here is quite nice especially with representative Navya who greeted with a welcoming smile (which other ATT stores miss these days) & with patience listening to many Qs from my side & answered them all & made sure I step out being fully convinced. Rare to get ppl friendly representatives these days but this store has one

Marjorie in the Palo Alto shop was fantastic. My son's phone was stolen and she calmed us down, took us through the steps and her service was just flawless. We need more people like her in the world

I recently had the pleasure of working with Navya at the AT&T store while setting up a new mobile plan, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Navya went above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences. She patiently listened to my requirements and offered insightful suggestions tailored to my usage patterns and budget. Moreover, she answered all of my questions with clarity and patience, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what I was signing up for.I would highly recommend Navya to anyone looking for assistance with their mobile plan needs at AT&T.

The reason we are posting there five stars belong mostly to the agent who helped us through a difficult situation. Lily Cruz was professional, efficient, knowledgable and very patient with our situation. We came into the store agitated and very frustrated after trying to deal on the phone with a situation regarding our new phones/contract. She jumped right in, worked her way through the various support lines, and solved what seemed like an intractable situation. For us, she has saved the reputation of AT&T - sounds dramatic, but it's true. Sometimes a customer needs someone knowledgable, persistent and patient and that's what she is.

I was just moved from overseas and getting a mobile plan from ATA. Sammy helped me with the setting up, she was fantastic, very patient and kind and super helpful. Thanks a lot !

Great customer experience at this AT&T location. Special thanks to Brandon who helped my daughter to set up her phone. We arrived close to the shop closing due to traffic. Brandon continued helping us after the closing time to get it working.

Marjorie deserves a five star review. We can’t thank you enough. We had a Verizon business account and had spent five visits and many hours on circular automated phone calls trying to the number transferred to a personal account to buy as new phone. We finally gave up on Verizon and came to the ATT store. She solved our problem, set us up on the new account and plan, helped us get the new phone and set us up. Thank you, thank you. Customer service in this store is amazing the facts the it was first time been there fixing some mistakes the another person did with my service it was amazing the they did not give up n made it right n fix the issue I was very happy they fix the issue n correct the matter Thank you Marjorie for been so patience and help me with everything.

I have had bad experiences with previous managers and stores, but this location is hands down the best!! They have assisted me with issue I had, and when they cant they direct me to the right department with accurate direction number. I just want to thank Natasia for her incredible help.

At this store, Sergio was wonderfully helpful and patient in helping my husband and I consolidate into an updated family plan, address travel questions about esims, etc. There is simply no substitute for sitting down and talking to a knowledgeable human being! Thank you AT&T.

The only reason I am giving it a five is because of Charles who works at that store. He is kind. He knows what he’s doing and he manages to get things done. As for the rest of the store, they’ve never ever been able to help me very well, so when you go in there, just ask for Charles.

Omar was great help getting our iwatch set up. The appointment started on time and he made the process painless. Better than dealing with customer service over the phone

I went to this store for some simple questions and was met by Charles. He was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I will definitely return to Palo Alto El Camino and work with Charles in the future. He is one of a kind!

I’ve been to a few different retailers in my life and have had meh experiences, I went to this Palo Alto location to replace a lost phone and met Charles… he was patient, smart and kind. He took his time with me and got me up and working again and even recovered my contacts, pictures, text and emails. He was a gem to work with. He then introduced me to his manager Lily, another great addition she’s a sweet person. Thank you both, especially to Charles!
