I bought 2 I phones here a couple of days ago. I was told I would only get about $350 in trade in for each phone as they both were working but had cracked screens. I went in today to turn in the old phones and here's the good news and big shout out to ERNESTO!
He looked again at the possibilities for trade in and found a special deal where if I added on some accessories-which I needed anyway - it would bump up my trade in allowance to $700 for one phone and $600 on the other. He totally did not have to do that as I had already completed my purchase and Verizon already had my $$$ !
I highly recommend this store-also ample parking in the back and the store was clean and had plenty of product choices. Thank you, Ernesto!!!

I walked in to this Verizon retailer location looking to buy a new phone. My review is to show appreciation for the assistance I had from Jesse. Jesse was courteous from the moment I walked in. He assured me that they could do almost everything that a Corporate Verizon store can do and beyond. Being my first time at a retailer vs a Corporate Verizon, I was surprised with the amount of help he provided to me and my daughter. I purchased a new pixel 6 and then he helped me activate my 10 year old daughter first phone. He had a good sense of humor and never showed to be rushed or stressed given the fact that he had 5 clients waiting for him. His customer service is outstanding and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. I will definitely come to this store again in the future. Thank you Jesse! God bless you.

Miles and Eddie Both were amazing and had such amazing customer service. They were trained by a true leader Jesse. Very knowledgeable and patient young men. Verizon needs more employees like these 3 men!!

Jose offered me the best customer service that I have ever received from a Verizon associate. He worked efficiently, helping with the issues I was having with my new cellphone and watch, all while keeping a positive attitude during a stressful time when several people were walking into the store for his services. I am so thankful that he was the associate that helped me today and have nothing but great things to say about him. 100% the best.

Jose at the Palo Alto store was calm and knowledgeable about the products, plans and discounts. He helped me with a phone upgrade. I’m not a ‘techy person’ so i was anxious about the process but he made me feel calm and explained everything in terms I understood. He also showed me ways to save money on my monthly plan. He will go far if he applies his genuine personality and device knowledge to any sales or leadership position that he puts his mind to.

My experience with this store when i have purchased my last two phones after switching phone providers, i have always gotten excellent help from them. Any trouble or questions Mary and her staff have been able to answer them for me. They helped me through the process of getting my phone credit with my old phone from my previous provider. i have other devices that i use from them for my job and I’ve always had a good connection with them. i live in San Jose but i go to this location because of their customer service. Whenever I’ve gone into this location I’ve never had to wait for service and attention from a staff member. Thank you for everything.

I went in to get two iPhones and I have to say that Jose is awesome. Genuinely nice guy who was doing amazing, especially considering that he was balancing incoming calls, customers, and calling customer service. I would definitely encourage for him to get a bonus / raise !

Small store with only two persons behind the counter but we got help very quickly and completed our phone upgrade within less than an hour.

I’ve avoided getting a new phone to avoid having to deal with the whole process. However, Sahil made my experience so great! This location is a hidden gem, you get immediate assistance catered to your needs with 1-on-1 customer service.

Samantha was absolutely amazing. She made the entire process extremely easy and was a total gem. The customer base was pretty bougie and annoying, I felt bad for the staff. Nonetheless samantha and Jose were great and handled everything with grace. I highly recommend this place to get anything done you need with your Verizon account.
