They are always so kind and helpful. We are in there doing Amazon returns way more than I want to admit and they always make the experience quick and easy.

Walked in to send a box back to Amazon. I had never had to do this before. Craig was behind the counter with an awesome attitude, a joke, and a smile! He walked me through the process and gave me some extra info about other return types to Amazon. Give this man a raise because he deserves it!

Craig was amazing! He was able to wrap this family heirloom so that it arrived to DC in one piece. Carrie was absolutely right - he is a master packer. If I need anything shipped from Frisco, this is my place.

This is the best UPS Store in the Plano/Frisco area in my humble opinion. I have left many high value (over $1000 in insurance) here for ground pickup. They always keep the driver signed paperwork for me.

They can do certified USPS mail (like for an income tax return) MUCH quicker than at the post office.

They can notarize documents here as well!

The store is Signature Plaza at the corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Coit in the same shopping center as Kroger.

Craig went out of his way to take care of an unexpected perishable delivery for me when I was out of town. What great customer service!

I had to do a return for product that I ordered online, I went to three UPS stores and all of them were closed on Sunday except for this one. I went inside, and the gentleman named Craig was extremely nice and helpful and was able to get everything done for me in less than two minutes. The process was so easy and the customer service is awesome. I will definitely be back. My new favorite, UPS store :-)

They were very nice and got me in and out very quickly. I had printing services and mailing services and they were very accommodating.

The employees here helped me ship an irregular item back. They walked me through several scenarios to help me get this item back in the most affordable fashion. Would recommend this location simply because the employees are so helpful. It is also very clean and very well lit.

Super great service consistently for more than 10 years! Even I. The busiest of times, Matt and the team are always professional, competent and courteous whether grabbing my mail, shipping packages, copying, notarizing or Sher adding. They go the extra mile. We consider them a valuable member of our extended team.

Mailed a package at Christmastime to my daughter in Boston. I told the manager I was concerned about delivery as it is an apartment and packages are just left in the front hallway. So anyone could pick it up. After sending I found out she would be out of town on the delivery date and John changed the delivery date and time over the phone. In addition he called me to let me know when it was delivered so I could alert my daughter. That was indeed great service! Especially during their busiest time of the year.

He clearly explained the terms & conditions and ensured a satisfactory transaction. Really appreciate the Covid protocols in place with clean pens, clear screen divider and mask requirements.
