I’m so glad I went in. I went to get accessories for my older Kirby vac. I asked about rechargeable stick vacuums and I am so glad that I did.
The man working was informed and very helpful. I bought a stack vac to get dog hair from corners and along walls quickly. I love it!! I am so glad I didn’t get one from the shelf at a chain store like Walmart or Home Depot.
I am so happy I went there!!

They repaired my Dyson in one day and the charge was less than $45 & my old vacuum looks like it is brand new! The man there was professional and courteous. They called me with a quote in 24 hours and fixed in within 24 hours! I was nervous I would be over charged or upsold or told to buy something new but it was not like that at all. Definitely honest and upfront.

My husband and I came here unsure of exactly what we were looking for, but the gentleman there was incredibly helpful. He walked us through their inventory, gave us demos, and helped us to find a Miele which suited our needs- which we love!

I've sent 2 different people there for various vacuum needs, and both have had wonderful experiences as well. This store has great customer service, and they truly believe in their products and helping their customers. Would absolutely recommend!

I came in here a few months ago and had a really good experience. Jay was helpful in explaining the differences between Dyson, Miele, and Sebo vacuums. I ultimately decided to go with a Sebo Felix vacuum and absolutely love it. I'm thrilled I have better air quality in my home as my family suffers from allergies. I also feel confident about my purchase because I trust it will last a long time.

Really enjoyed working with Jay, he helped us find the perfect vacuum for our home! We learned a lot about the best vacuums in the industry and ultimately went with a SEBO. Been a big game changer for my allergies. Can't recommend this small business enough!

Jay was unreal helpful. Got exactly what I needed (vacuum belts) and even let me test drive a SEBO (which I will be coming back for) customer service and knowledge are not dead!

Wow, where do I even begin! Back in March, Jay helped me find an odd belt for my old carpet shampooer, and he even had them in stock! We briefly chatted about a new vacuum, but I wasn't in the market at the time.

After our terrible vacuum failed, we went back to Lone Star and Jay was super helpful! He explained everything well to us, didn't judge us for our restricted budget, and helped us find the best vacuum for our needs and got us a fair price out the door.

This is by far the best vacuum I've ever used and Jay was such a great guy. Although I don't anticipate having to make another vacuum purchase, Jay has made sure that we're going to be customers whenever something comes up!

I'm rating this solely on my experience in the store as I havent used the vacuum yet. I usually buy products like this on Amazon then end up disappointed with the short product life or how the product works. That's why I decided to check out an in person store. I came in looking for bagless canisters and the clerk convinced me with his knowledge and demos that the bagged is the way to go. Had I bought online I would have had a similar product but not the capability that I need as someone with a dust mite allergy.

The clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a vacuum to make the trip to the store and find the one that is right for you.

Pricing is comparable to the online prices as well and you get the satisfaction of knowing the product is brand new not refurbished like a lot of online sellers are doing these days.

Great customer service and product knowledge ... Jay Stanton did a great job of providing us with different vacuum options. We were wanting a Miele and he was able to help us buy the vacuum we really needed for our home. it's a great vacuum and our home and floors have never been more clean and the air more breathable because of the great filtration system of the Miele Complete C3 Brilliant model we purchased.

Needed a new vacuum; stopped at a couple different places. Most sales folks directed me directly to what would seem to be the top of the line option.
My wife and I then stopped at Lone Star and spoke with Jay who was very helpful. He listened to what I needed/wanted; I think he asked as many questions of me as I did of him to understand what I needed. From there he showed different brands, uprights vs canister, etc... While Jay did indicate his favorite/preference; I never felt pressured at all.

We took a brochure of the brand we were most interested in home to review and contemplate; again no pressure to buy then/there or other sales tactics; just answers to questions.

We went back a couple days later to purchase the vacuum of our choice. I'd highly recommend Jay and Lone Star Vacuum.

UPDATE Nov 2020 Return visit to put power head back together. I had gotten nylon sewing thread wrapped around beater roller (don't ask). I got it removed after much disassembly of power head (don't try it at home lesson learned) but couldn't get it back together. So I returned to store for their help. While there I checked with sales staff on vacuum settings, change of filters etc to best use of equipment. Most helpful. OooRah! Got a great deal last year (2019) on new vacuum. My old brand had gone out of business and repair/replacement parts just not available. Sales staff was very informed about pro/con of which type best for met.

Came in looking for a permanent solution to our terrible Dyson. Jay was very knowledgeable and helped us determine the proper type of vacuum and accessories for our needs. Allowed us to take our time and look around at all the options without rushing us into the most expensive item in the store.

I was disappointed when my Dyson broke after a couple years of service. Dyson suggested I take it to Lone Star Vacuum for the warranty work, where I met Jay who was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got in contact with Dyson to get the parts to fix the problem. Not only did he do an excellent job fixing it, he fixed it extremely quickly. I was very impressed. I will go to Jay, first, next time!

A total "No-Brainer" on my behalf, I went in knowing that I had a bad switch - prepping myself for a costly repair - all but assured of my troubleshooting ability - two minutes into their inspection, the technician said, "Well, you're right - it is a switch problem" - as he secured the bag and closed the - unbeknownst to me at the time - safety switch, seconds before the engine roared back to life. No unnecessary troubleshooting, service charge, or attempt to have me purchase any preventative maintenance - all with an extremely friendly and professional attitude.

Friendly knowledgeable ownership
they had my Vacuum bags although they are a standard bag he had to order an usual or antiquated bag for another vac that evidently did not have much commercial success , no big deal.
They have a great selection of new vacuums and he said they do take trade
ins , but I don't know what their trade in policy is , assuming they don't take Walmart Buy and through away when broken models . I did make a point of looking in the repair area it was laid out neat and organized . The retail area was clean and organized as well .
