Nice clean Kroger with all items in stock. There are ample parking outside and store remains open till late. The staff is courteous and restroom is clean.

Great store! Building a huge new one across Coit. They always have what I want! And great prices. Bone in chicken breasts with skin! What a concept. Remove the skin or the bone if you want. Cheaper than boneless skinless. I like to cook them the old fashioned way on the grill or in air fryer. Don’t have Pick of the Chick full cut up chicken but next best thing! Tom Thumb and other Krogers don’t carry them anymore.

I shop at Kroger for children’s birthday cakes! Yes, Kroger! The best prices and the best looking cakes. My daughter recently turned 3 and wanted a big cake. Well I took her to Kroger she looked in and saw a huge cake beautifully decorated and screamed that one. We got home and this 25 dollar cake was the perfect addition to her little party. This could’ve easily been a hundred dollar cake.

Great customer service at the floral department. Shiva was amazing!! We came in last day to get flowers for an engagement party and she took care of us. She made exactly what we were looking for, put extra care in it and she really saved the day. Kroger really chose the perfect person for the position!

Today I was super stressed trying to figure out how to get a corsage made the same day I needed it. Shiva in the floral department is my hero. Not only did she assure me she would get it done in time,she also is such a delightful and friendly woman. I witnessed several interactions with other customers apart from my own, and she has to be the most genuine and happy person I’ve come across in quite some time. Well done on a great hire, Kroger!

Great place for mother's day shopping for flowers and gifts

Good supermarket .groceries, perishables, food , cosmetics , pharmacy etc etc available here . good deals and services available, lots of parking spaces also available.

The service in the hot food deli is excellent. They are always nice and they speak to you kindly.

We have been shopping here every week for years (or one of the other locations). Often they have better items at less cost than competition. You need to shop the ads weekly to find the best for you. We like this one best due to its larger size compared to another one on Independence Parkway/Legacy Dr in Plano. What keeps us coming back is the points program which adds up to discount at their gas stations. Also the gift card promotions sometimes giving you 4-times the value when buying the card towards your gas points. UPDATE Aug 2016. I went here to get flowers done for my mom and Shiva helped me so much, I don’t know what I would do without her. She truly is so amazing and hard working and she takes amazing care of all her customers. I was so pleased with the out come I had another one done. Shiva is so patient and kind, I will definitely be back to see her.

I shop at Kroger’s for birthday cakes/ cupcakes and they’re always delicious. But I’m writing due to my beyond amazing experience with the floral department. I needed a last minute homecoming corsage and when I say last minute, I mean within an hour. Shiva, who always makes beautiful arrangements, came through for me big times! She was so busy that Saturday but made the most beautiful corsage and boutonnière for my daughter and her date. She was so kind and totally calmed my anxiety. She has done balloons and other floral arrangements for me and they always come out lovely! I really appreciate Shiva and want to give her a BIG THANK YOU!!!

Grocery store employees are part of the unsung heroes during this pandemic. Every time I visit, the store has been clean, the cashiers are always swift and kind, and everything I need has always been available. I have been enjoying the pick-up option and haven't had an issue yet. This location has always adhered to my specific requests on items and there has always been a substitution available. I'm notified in a timely manner about substitutions and the pick-ups have been swift and easy.

Shiva in floral is amazing. She arranged a beautiful rose bouquet for my fiancé’s bridal shower that stole the show. She was so kind and really wanted to make my day special. Thank you!

Rajiva was of tremendous help; she helped me twice, without my asking, with self-checkout of multiple items; I have an arm that doesn’t function well d/t late term radiation and her kind help was both unexpected and wonderful! Superb employee!

Our #1 Kroger store as we drive 4miles just to buy there. Clean store, friendly staff, multicultural work place! Their bakery racks are always stocked, their deli staff super friendly.

I need to RAVE about Doina, who runs the flower shop inside this Kroger...

This has been my mom's go-to Kroger for many years. The staff has always been great. Today I accompanied my mom, who is recovering from a hip replacement. Doina went above and beyond to find her a chair to sit in while I shopped, kept her company in between clients, and even helped wheel her out to our car. I was able to take my time and get everything we needed. We're so grateful for this wonderful, kind person. Please get all your flowers from Doina!!!
