The best experience ever at a CVS pharmacy... and one of the best at any pharmacy I think, ever!

Quinn and the rest of the team in the pharmacy were very friendly and helpful even though I had a challenging situation trying to get two prescriptions filled from my out of state doctor and insurance while I'm in the midst of relocating to Seattle. It requires additional paperwork that isn't fun to fill out.

This store has a friendly and seemingly highly competent staff with excellent customer service skills--at least from the encounter I had--which helped make this relatively stressful process much easier!

The staff at this specific CVS are such a nice change from your average drugstore encounter. The security guard at the front, while appearing like he could take someone down if needed, always says “hi” and is very friendly. Usually someone behind the register will also say “welcome” or “hello”. The pharmacist and technicians are also very friendly and efficient. I thought maybe I just hit it on an extremely positive day, but it has been this way every time I’ve gone in over the last year and it is worth noting.

This is a good store! Obviously well-managed, because the employees are invariably friendly and helpful. Pharmacists have taken extra effort to get medications immediately and cashiers have helped hunt down prices and troubleshoot issues. I was pleasantly surprised when I started shopping here.

Exceptional Service from Ben!
My recent shopping experience at CVS was elevated thanks to Ben, the cashier who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Ben not only provided excellent customer service but also surprised us with a generous discount on our purchase. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly made our day. Kudos to Ben for making CVS a standout shopping destination!

I went to the casher at CVS asked a question the cashier was very nice handsome and funny i asked his name he said allen i came back asked him a question again he was very polite and professional I appreciate him thank you for allowing me to give him a good review

Nicest pharmacy I’ve been to in Seattle. Clean and well maintained, never a huge line, good customer service. Too bad my insurance doesn’t cover their pharmacy or I would gladly use them!

Compared with other CVS, I personally recommend this store when it comes wide variety of products they have. Especially the services they offer and discounts. Thumbs up! And a big +++ for me.

This is not a review for CVS vir it's more a comment on the review of AprilvEinice. This woman came I to my store acting a damn Karen and knew we were understaffed and then had the nerve to accuse me and my coworker of being drunk. She came in acting like a. Needy Karen and knew he I gave her exactly what she wanted she decide for leave that review. I feel sorry for your husband, April cause you must have kept him up til 4:00an talking about your "horrible experience" I wish you would come back on here. I'll kick you right out on your overweight behind.

Night and day difference from trying to deal with a complete lack of customer service at Bartells. Unlike Bartells, the pharmacists here will answer the phone when you call. Fast, friendly service, and I was able to walk in for a vaccine without an apt and was still seen quickly.

I’ve been into the Minute Clinic here a few times, had Josh Hughes help me each time and found him to be knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Made it very easy to go through symptoms, order and review labs, etc.

Great pharmacy with good deals daily

I went in to buy an "at home" COVID test from this CVS so that I could qualify to go back to work. I found out that I could get reimbursed for this purchase after I left, but I had already told the cashier that I did not need the receipt. By the time I called to see if they could print it for me, it was about 2 hours later and they had to dig through all the receipts to find mine! The cashier, AbbieAnne, and the manager, Brendan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), were very helpful and patient with me. They spent at least 30 minutes looking for my receipt and gave me a call back right away once they found it. I know this was a rather tedious task and I am so grateful for their time. Thank you so much!

Everyone here is super nice, and I've never walked in without them making it a point to say, "hi". I've never been one of those uppity people to make a big deal out of whether or not I've been greeted in a store but I actually really appreciate it. Everyone in the pharmacy is great too! Just all around really nice people, thank you!!

Awesome CVS! We were on vacation, and Pharmacist Chi T Huynh went above and beyond to assist my husband with his prescription situation. From the pharmacist to the cashier, we experienced 5 star customer service and hospitality!

My visit was quick, seamless, and so easy. The nurse who saw me was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

Brendon went over and beyond to help me. I needed something to use a carryon on flight back home. He went downstairs to see if they had a backpack left from that season. Came back with the perfect backpack. Was very polite and helpful!
