I recently visited Metropolitan Market Queen Anne (Uptown) and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip a breeze.
One thing that stood out to me was the produce section. It was filled with fresh and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. I also appreciated the selection of organic and healthy options available throughout the store.
Another highlight was the deli and prepared foods section. The food looked and tasted delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I could tell that the ingredients used were of high quality, making for a satisfying meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Metropolitan Market Queen Anne (Uptown) for anyone looking for a top-notch grocery shopping experience. I will definitely be returning for my future grocery needs.

Just our favorite store. Expensive. But great salad bar, great produce, deli counter is great. The wine selection is stellar. We love the little housewares section. Have probably spent too much money there. However butcher is not great, not helpful and has done everything he can to not help me every time I ask a question. But I can get meat elsewhere. Overall we love this place. Parking is super easy.

Met Market is what all other groceries should aspire to. From the best produce in town, to the vast selection of dry goods, to the awesome self-serve poke bar, Met Market delivers 100% of the time. Oh how I wish there was a location in Cap Hill or the Central District!

Yes, expensive as all hell... But still a great place. Open until 11pm and very convenient location. They have great bakery items, especially "The Cookie" that is always served warm. They have a great deli too. Very tasty food. Service is always great. They take you right to where you need to go.

The best grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life (as of this time).
I am a Seattle transplant from Texas. In Texas, we have big chain supermarkets like HEB or Central Market (a bougier version of HEB), and this store clearly surpasses all of them. The customer service, the extensive selection of goods, and the quality of goods...wow!
In the produce section, you literally have employees that are shucking vegetables to ensure none of the vegetables/fruits are spoiled or browned. Everything is super fresh here!
All the products are neatly lined on the shelves like someone has grocery-OCD.
They literally have EVERYTHING; it's not limited like Whole Foods. They have products at every single price points. They have coffee brewing tools, a huge variety of spices, etc. They even have a kitchen tools section selling really expensive Japanese knives, Peugeot pepper grinders, and Le Creusets.
The prices aren't all bad either; I think Whole Foods is more expensive. Everything is clean here as well! All they need is offer a delivery service and I will give my first-born to them.
Also, the cookie. THE COOKIE. You can't stop by this place without getting this.
Visit this place for all your grocery needs. Best ever.
Edit - just had to come back on here and thank Met Market because when I first showed up to Seattle, I wasn't impressed by QFC or Whole Foods. The produce section was extremely limited. Then I discovered Uwajimaya, which was fantastic!!!!! But it's located a bit aways and kind of inconvenient to take the 40 min bus ride to ID. When I discovered Met Market, I felt like I could finally call Seattle home. There was this Japanese mayo that I was struggling to find in Whole Foods / QFC that I had to go all the way to Uwajimaya for...it's actually there in Met Market. Along with other necessities!!!
Seriously. The best. I can't emphasize this enough.

This store is amazing. The choices, the layout, the fresh foods available for a quick meal, and the friendly and helpful staff are the cherry on top!

Best market in the northwest. Only way to explain it is the Cadillac or Mercedes benz of grocery store. Fruit quality no body comes close.

Great experience. Like a Whole Foods but more forgiving as to what can be on the shelf. Prices are great for the area. Selection was pretty good!

My absolutely favorite store in Seattle. Beats even pcc and trader joes. I love their bakery, specially seasonal rhubarb pie and fruit tartine. Love the fresh squeezed juices. Meat is always a good deal there. Also many interesting items in freezer like foie gras, roasted duck, snails and much more. Also very delicious tamales, soups and huge selection of cheeses. I also like to buy pizza dough and fresh burrata to make my own pizza margarita. I also like to buy chicken liver for my homemade tasty mouse pate. This shop is really for gourmet people like me!

Bulk-sized upper-end supermarket. Slightly above market prices, with an incredible selection of top brands and great diversity of products

The quality of the items sold here is top notch. Always a delight to visit the place. They have underground parking as well.

I always come here at Thanksgiving time to get real pumpkin for homemade pumpkin pie. They have delicious produce and it's the only place around Queen Anne I am aware of that sells these pumpkins.

By far one of the biggest locations in the area. The staff are very friendly and willing to work with you to get you what you need. The hot food and salad bar close on the earlier side which is fairly common in Seattle (the exception being Whole Foods), however they still have a large grab and go section that is well stocked all the time. It’s not the closest store to my apartment but I will pay the higher prices and walk the extra distance for the quality of product and employee.

This review is for the bakery cookies. BIG tasty cookies 🍪. What I like the most a out them is that they contain the right amount of sugar

I love Met Market so much! Thank you to the kind cashiers and workers for treating me like family. This is why you shop here and not somewhere more corporate like Whole Foods! Not to mention the produce and overall selection is incredible and rivals PCC tbqh as far as fresh and unique offerings. I am 100% obsessed with the Mooala Banana Milk and have never seen this offered with any other retailer. Met Market is THE place to stop in QA for late night snacks.
I had a questionable encounter a few weeks ago and when I took it to guest services I did not really expect anything, however Nikki W went above and beyond and restored all confidence in shopping here. I am grateful for her attentiveness and genuine care, I really can’t say enough good things about this particular location. Thank you 🤍

Very few places in the area have such a wide variety of great products. Avocados like you can only have in Mexico, perfectly shaped tomatoes, and broad selection of french and italian cheese, wine from everywhere in the world, and tasty bakery treats. It's a little pricey but worth the cost
