Kohl's

Love the Framingham Kohls. Everyone is always so helpful. Wish the store was big as it used to be so there was even more great stuff in it. Would prefer to buy things at the store and try on, vs guessing sizes on line and needing to return or exchange.

Shopped looking for bargains and found one. Will be back looking for more shortly.

Nice shopping atmosphere. They have amazon return inside, very convenient. The prices and coupons are great too. They make sure you walk out with a good deal every time. Highly recommend.
Update: now the store has Sephora. Very nice atmosphere with the new upgrade.

It's one of the best store, I've found so far in the USA. The store is very very neat and well organized, staffs are super helpful, their online and in store processes are extremely efficient. Plus, the generous Kohl's cash you get so often, awesome!

Great selection. Good prices.

I was there for a backpack and the staff helped me so I was in and out quickly. This made me return to shop for other clothes for the family. Staff quickly opened other cashier stations when they saw that the line was getting longer so I was out quickly. The aisle was clear an the shelves well organized.

This was really an Amazon trip. I returned something to the store. It was super easy. Of course, while I was there I found two summer dresses on sale. Hugely discounted. I haven't been shopping much in store anywhere and I forgot what good buys you get at Kohl's so I will be back.

There is an employee there named Samantha. She seems to be the most knowledgeable person in the store. She has helped me on more than one occasion and has always gone above and beyond. She is the main reason behind the 5-star review. Other than that the store has been renovated not too long ago and it's a pretty alright place to shop.

I went to Kohls in Framingham the other day for a few things. I found everything I needed without any help. There was a t shirt that I wanted to buy but my size wasn't there. So I asked one of the girls if they had more in backstock. She had her handheld computer to see and it said they had one. So she went out of her way to check dressing rooms to see if it was hanging around somewhere. When she came out, I said that's ok, no big deal. She asked me if I wanted to order it online and said sure. We went to the kiosk and did that and she put in a code for 20% off. This girl spent 15 minutes for an $8 sale!! Who does that these days? Thank you Samantha!! Top notch service with class at this store.

We had some issues accessing our Kohl’s account (we’re from Arizona and my parents were buying me things for college) and they helped us SO much, (specifically Kate and another woman who’s name I didn’t catch). Not only did they spend a good half hour fixing our issue but they gave us a huge discount for the problems we had. This is the second time we’ve had a great customer service experience at this Kohl’s and we love coming here!

Very nice store. I live in RI and visited this store today. I found shirts on sale that I did not see in my store. Also, they had the cutest Mickey and Minnie little stuffies for only $2.50 each. 😁

Always get great deals at Kohl's. Service is spotty, though. One day, you can get the world's greatest help, and other days you get the worst of the worst service. They should wean out the bad ones. The new Amazon return service has been perfect.

Love Kohl's, great clothing selection and prices. They always have a sale going on. The housewares selcetioen is also very good. The seasonal selection is a great place to pick up after season clearance deals.
