A couple months ago Mike helped me plan an interior door installation at this Lowe's location. I had never installed anything before, and was patient and walked me through everything I needed to know. My new door works like a charm and I will be ever grateful for his help. Thank you Mike!

We recently got a fridge man we went through a lot to get it. I just want to give this amazing men a round of applause for his amazing and out going help. if you need a nice gentleman to help you out please look for RYAN LOADER as he has so much patience with us like no one else did in the store with us... No one was able to help us like he did. We are really thankful for this guy he made us a happy christmas. And now we get to put our stuff in our fridge since our was broken.... PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A HUGE RAISE! He deserves to be a manager like no other manager was able to help us! Thank you so much RYAN LOADER for your help and making a family HAPPY! Best of blessings! UPDATE: 2/17/24...I just had another excellent shopping experience. I am happy to report that customer service is alive and well at Lowe's. Dale was so friendly and helpful finding a particular potting soil for me. Then when I was checking out Chris opened a new lane up and checked me right out. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

Jeff the supervisor was very helpful. He showed me how the great service should be done. After struggling to receive my $4000 order on time and after 2 failure attempts to deliver my order on time, Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I get my order with an ingridble compensation, I couldn't be happier not only that, Jeff was making sure that I keep my business with Lowes only. Thank you very much Jeff.

They have a lot of good stuff on sale and the specialist Tylor was very helpful.

Nice store with helpful staff! Has everything you need for home improvement. Curbside pickup is very convenient. Very annoyingly they don't support payment through smartphones. You have to bring a card. This still hasn't changed, in several years.

I want to give a shout out to Pete and Miguel at Framingham as well as Audrick @ Dedham who miraculously coordinated my pickup of the tiles I was looking for. A long story short, Pete and Miguel used everything at their disposal to hunt for the titles and eventually was able to locate them for me. Thank you for great work!

Stopped in this location to gather some materials for a DIY desk project. I don't have a table saw so I swung by the pro desk to ask if they could help cut down a few boards. I hit the lottery meeting Alfonso, he was super busy, but politely asked if I'd give him a few minutes, he'd be happy to assist me. Once he was free, he helped me with several cuts - he took his time and each one was done with such precision as if it was his own project. Not only is he a total professional, but he's a genuinely nice man. Alfonso, thanks again, you made my project so much easier! I truly appreciate your help!

Truly helpful staff. This is one of the best customer service you’ll ever experience. No it’s not the Ritz but a home improvement store so set your expectations.

You ask where someone is, they’ll tell you. When you get to the aisle someone is there to show you the specific product and answer your questions. They cashiers are warm and pleasant checking you out.

We’ve purchased carpet and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The guy knew exactly what we needed and didn’t try to up sell. Answered ever question and arranged for home measurement. This store was better than a full service carpet store.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The only downside is I wish it was a little closer to my house so I could go there more often.

What a nice store and what nice people. The people at this Lowes are just plain nice to customers. I have come to really value that, and this should be more highly valued. They not only have great quality at a good price, but you can get advice, a helping hand, or a nice smile. I wanted a large galvanized trash can to store fireplace ashes over the winter. Lowes had one in stock at a fair price. Love this place. Nice people, great quality.

Like all the Lowes stores that I have been in they are very well organized. I will also say that at this store the people working were very friendly and offered assistance.

I just wanted to say thanks to Cassius who was such a big help in finding exactly what I needed. It's a perfect example of why I go to Lowes, rather than just buying the cheapest thing online.

Came in for a plumbing snake, a very helpful older African American man in the paint department pointed me in the right direction, I didn't get his name. At check out Cristo was super sweet! I've been to the Framingham location several times and have not had a bad experience!

Went to Home Depot for a Christmas tree but there was no one to assist. Planned to go back and called before hand but could not guarantee there would be someone to help. Called Lowe’s they said come in and ask for Butch! Came in and got quick excellent service. Butch is in fact the guy to come for your Christmas tree!

Since becoming a new homeowner I've made more trips here and spent more money than I care to admit. Staff is helpful and the store is clean and well organized. Prices can sometimes be high but they are often willing to price match other stores.
