Convenient grocery store. The place is my go to for quick shopping. The people who work here are of tremendous help and friendly. They actually want to be there and help you find the items you are looking for. This place does get packed during early evenings and before a game. They have plenty of self service kiosks that helps out quiet a bit. Overall a good experience.

This review is specifically regarding Marie, the Floral Manager, who is amazing! She did our wedding flowers this fall and they were stunning. She was very easy to work with and clearly an expert at what she does. Marie was also very thoughtful and upfront regarding price. In total we got 1 bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, 6 centerpieces, and 4 roses, and were way WAY under the $500 we budgeted for wedding flowers.

If you're looking for gorgeous wedding flowers on a budget, Marie at Stop & Shop on Old Connecticut Path in Framingham is your go-to!

The people who work here are always willing to go out of their way to help.

I just called this location to see if they had a particular brand of animal cracker in stock. Richard answered the phone and walked to the cookie aisle to check. In less than two minutes he confirmed that the cookies were in stock. This is top notch customer service!

I love shopping at this stop and shop location always well stocked and organized and when time to check out there is a employee named Jess who is sometimes at the self check were I check out and always pleasant and smiling, actually makes my day brighter!!

When I used the self-checkout I accidentally knocked one of my glass soda bottles onto the floor, and Sandra was so kind and patient when I was stressed out about it. She made what could've been a very stressful experience (I think everyone knows the feeling of stress at holding up the line, all too well) into a nice one. Thanks Sandra!

Excellent place, good customer service

It's pretty much stocked with pandemic necessaries but never last long but what do you expect? Cashiers are always super friendly. Millissa in self check out and Marie in Florist are the best EVER! And Frank, Jen and Connie in the Pharmacy go beyond the call of duty. Been shopping there for 10 yrs. Family tradition.❤

UPDATE!! Glad to report that they are back in the canned cat food business. It was pretty grim for a LONG time but today the shelf were fully stocked with all the favorites. My cat is having dental surgery coming up and was told by the vet no dry, wet canned only so I was getting ready to go to Petsmart AND Roche Brothers but Stop and Shop saved the day. Thank You!!!👍👍👍👍

Big callout to my cashier yesterday, Olga. She really went an extra mile for me and called out a promotional savings I would have missed if it wasn't for her. She gets the 5 stars. Store is also clean, food and produce are good. Lots of variety, they have a world foods aisle and a gluten-free/health aisle.

They have a nice selection of organic and kosher grocery goods. Very good selection of Kosher goods in the deli, one of the only delis left where I can find fresh Hebrew National Corned Beef and Salami. They recently reset the store and it's a little different and nicer looking.

Great location is a one stop shopping center inside there's a citizen bank for all financial services also Osco pharmacy as well as western union sending money world wide. Remember stop & shop delivery with their great service call pepod fast and prompt very convenient. From your PC or your mobile phone stop&shop.com.

Best stop in town. Florist always has great flowers for my wife. Deli counter staff is extremely nice. Always well stocked.

Nice updated store. Friendly employees, good meat selection and fresh produce. Love that they have the easy scan option for fast checkout!

I love this store. I get so many great deals every week that sometimes I go twice a week. It is close to home and I love it!

It was fun. They have many new and fun things to try. They get 5 stars for responding. It shows how engaging Stop and Shop is.

I used to buy most of my stuff at BJ's. But actually, most of the stuff I usually buy is cheaper at Stop and Shop. And the hours are better. Two banks, post box, liquor store, and dry cleaners are all right there too, only have to park once.
Kevin in produce and Ron (Surcello, I think?) in frozen bent over backwards to help me. Leslie at the corporate headquarters actually returned my call with the information I wanted and was really helpful.
Sometimes there have been errors at checkout. Not too bad though.
