Ordered once. Everything went great and shipping immediately. Ordered again and waited 17 days because they did not ship. Contacted by email and chat several times with no response. Had to file a claim against credit card to receive refund of large order due to no response at all. Very disappointing. Gave TWO STARS only due to one order going smoothly.

POOR, POOR, POOR, not even worth a star. I ordered chaps for a bird hunting trip, a picture of the chaps on the order was sent to me. Simple you would think. I received pants......a mistake.......emailed and was told the shipping department had made an error they would send me the correct item with a return label. Received the package and again pants, not chaps. The exact same they had sent the first time, and no return label, does not seem very confident. I have tried to call but continually get VM no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Purchased a holster from ebay. Item arrived and completely different from the pictures and listing, All Julie could say is its the correct order! Screenshots say differently.
