Very Very Happy with our new furniture from Talsma. Jerry was excellent to work with and a pleasure to talk with. He answered every question in detail, even moved some furniture in the showroom to show my wife to make sure it would match with her other choices. Everyone was very professional and kind. The two men that delivered our furniture were also very professional and very nice. It was a great experience for us to be treated excellent from the beginning to the end!!! This will definitely be our furniture store for future purchases!

We were thrilled with the service we received at Talsma! Hope and Caitlyn were fabulous to work with. We felt no pressure. They quickly zeroed in on what our tastes were and the price we wanted to pay. They were honest with what colors complimented each other and the style we were looking for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. My salesperson, Hope, was incredibly patient and knew how to combine fabrics and color for the furniture pieces I choose. She knew the store inventory and was able to find the pieces that fit my needs. Love the store!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They know what furniture pieces are available to view on the showroom floor but give you space to look on your own. Have free water and soft drinks available while you browse. Highly recommend Caitlyn in Holland and Brad in Grand Rapids.

Hope was so much help when choosing the right fabric/leather option for our new living room set. Products on display seemed to be higher quality than competitors in the area.

We bought a new sectional at Talsma in Holland on March 2nd, 2024. Hope Courteau gave us top notch, professional customer service. I would recommend Talsma and Hope to anyone who is considering buying new home furnishings in the near future.

We had a few manufacturing issues on our product and they made sure we had a solution for it and that we were fully happy about it.

We had a wonderful experience choosing chairs with Hope as our sales person. She was so knowledgeable and helpful: she helped us choose chairs that actually fit our bodies (This was a big deal for us as we are getting rid of very expensive, custom made leather chairs that are only a year old but have never been comfortable. Sure wish we had talked with her before we ordered them at another store.) She was very patient and thorough and her suggestions for fabric were great. It was nice to shop at a local store as well. We will not bother with other furniture stores in the future when we've had the ideal experience at Talsma.

The staff is very helpful and stand behind their 90 day return policy on mattresses. I’m very happy with their service.

Had a great experience from the time I entered the store until I left. Hope, my sales associate informed me of the deals going on for the day and if I needed anything let her know. She didn’t bug me which I totally appreciate! I told her what I was interested in, she gave me the status of what to expect from the manufacturer, I agreed with the terms and an order was established.
She was very professional and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience with Talsma's. Rick is a great salesman; no pressure. When I ordered in March, I was given an estimation of 8-10 weeks. I received the call that my sofa was in- apprx 4 weeks early! The delivery men were on time and cordial. Definitely will be a return customer and will spread the word!

Great selection and excellent service. Salesperson left me to search by myself, which I appreciated.

Working with Hope was wonderful. She was a great help in picking out exactly what we needed. We will be back in a few months for a dining room table.
