Kohl's

During this busy holiday shopping season, it can be easy to expect a frazzled, tired employee when asking for assistance.
However, today I went into Kohl’s looking for a specific item to match one which I already had… I was sure I bought it at Kohl’s. I enlisted the help of a young lady (employee) who asked me questions while trying to track this thing down. Finally when I found more details on-line, she told me that they haven’t stocked this brand in the past.
(Not many years ago I would have insisted that I got it at Kohl’s and I was right and she was wrong. But, as I aged, I realized that I could actually be wrong and others could be right)!
I quickly agreed with her, that it’s possible I bought it elsewhere. She could have “owned me” right about then but didn’t.
Point is, I was extremely pleased with the help she gave me, especially in light of how busy the store was. I failed to get her name, but Kohl’s, Holland, MI, be aware that you have a young lady in the housewares dept. that, in my opinion, is a valuable asset, esp. this time of year.

Prior to retirement, I shopped extensively at Kohl's. Over the years, tidiness went by the wayside and desire to shop lessened. Checked my local store about 6 months ago and was impressed with appearance. Decided to agree to a new charge card and did not activate it in a timely manner. While traveling, stopped at another store. Could not get card to work and was told I would need to work with my local store. Recently stopped in and took my purchases to the service counter expecting a long process to straighten out. The sales rep very quickly got all resolved and I walked out happy. Looking forward to my next visit.

There were great choices of fall clothing and I purchased many things that were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't find them anywhere else.
