Sam's Club

My family has been impressed with the same club location each time we have visited. We are new to the area and so glad we chose this club even if it's a bit of a drive the service here is worth it.

Shelley in Customer service at Sam's Club in Holland was so helpful and pleasant today. She fixed my return quickly and efficiently. I'm always glad when she is working!

The store has a new layout that made our shopping experience a little longer than usual as we had to look for items. The staff is always friendly and helpful . Entering and checkout was quick and efficient .
Very easy to keep social distancing in the entire club .

The store has done some slight rearrangements of aisles but it isn't to time consuming to find the new locations of items

With food prices being sky high, coming here and still getting great deals is much needed and appreciated! Not to mention the great customer service we got here.

A pleasant shopping experience, as usual. I do wish they added aisle designations to products on the app- it's always difficult when I'm looking for a specific product and it's not in its 'usual' place.

we love this place. once in a while short in the meat area. but fresh none the less. I never buy meat from the other stores on sale, with the exception of a butcher.

Busy location for gasoline but that was the only reason why I stopped. I was astonished to see that gas here was .50 cheaper than any other petro location in the area. Highly recommend

Very helpful in store customer service. Apparently they each get to pick a song for the store and I was asked to help pick one after my call. Made my day. 😂

Once again, the guys in the automotive department excel at customer service and people skills. Brandon and Malik assisted me today. Both of these men were courteous and well trained. Keep up the great work guys, you rock.

I always love coming to Sam's club. It's not as crowded as the other stores. My kids love the karts there lol. Try outs. Good deals for bulks of food. Definitely worth the cost of membership. They are always getting new stuff in food, drinks or things to use.

Saves time and more in bulk of variety foods and affordable too. Staff is ready to help locate items. Awesome customer service. I recommend family and friends to shop at Sam's Club.

Tho' they like to make you want to buy everything by changing the isles just enough, everything you buy is well worth the cost. And they seem to find some of the most friendly and competent people in the area to hire. Overall it's a great experience every time we are there.

My cars battery died and your wonder attendant ( I didn't get her name), jumped my kia soul for me with her Halo device. She is an amazing woman. I'm so thankful for her help. If she sees this, please tell her thank you for me! Also give her a raise.

I love ther meat, items can be cheaper than save a lot but you must buy in bulk.
- I recently started to come here more often and starting to highly enjoy the shop and scan. After a few price checks throughout the year most of the items that I'm buying now are cheaper, a lot of the household goods are really awesome too.

Love the prices and variety here! And while we were walking around one of the employees was asking people about Scan and go and she explained it to me and helped me download the app and showed me how to use it! I wish I'd gotten her name to give her a shout out!
