Taylor Rental has AWESOME customer service! Our son's wedding was outside on our property this September. Art and Laura went above and beyond to talk me through options, send me pictures via email, and make me feel comfortable with the tent, tables, chairs, and linens we needed for the outdoor wedding. The guys who came to set up the tent were so polite and friendly, and they did a great job! Everything was done well and so BEAUTIFUL! My daughter-in-law kept saying, "Thank you for giving me my dream wedding!" So THANK YOU Taylor Rental for helping to make this happen!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the Taylor True Value Rental team for coming to our rescue prior to our Annual Awards Celebration last month! The string lights our team setup the night before the event decided to malfunction just a few hours before the event was scheduled to begin. We called Taylor Rental, and they were there within the hour to hang new lights creating the perfect ambiance for the evening. We are so thankful for them!

They delivered on everything that we asked for. The crew was quick and efficient (actually arrived early for pickup the following day). We really appreciated upgrading for full setup and tear down of all the tables, chairs, and lighting they provided for our 100’ by 40’ tent. We would recommend this service to others.

Rented a brush hog out of season last year and had problems with the handle breaking halfway through the job. When I took it back they credited my account for the hours used for future use. Rented the brush hog this fall and job was finished with no problems. Thank you for the credit and having the right tools available for the job. Bonus: providing a trailer free of charge to haul it back and forth. Winning!!!

Worked with the staff at Taylor Rental for chairs for my wedding on 9/30/2023. Incredibly easy to work with and flexible - I was able to update my order and adjust my quantities up to a month out from my event. Communication was prompt and delivery/pick up the weekend of my event was flawless!

I needed chairs at the last minute for my daughters baby shower and called that morning to see if they had any available for the day. They has plenty and we’re very inexpensive to rent. I’d definitely use them again

Rented the jack-up pontoon trailer, for the 3rd time from Taylor True Value Rentals and it is a flawless experience every time. We live on the lake, so only need to use a trailer 2x per year to put our pontoon in at the beginning of the season and out at the end of the season, and this works great for us.

I rented a bunch of chairs for a family reunion. Super affordable and the process was so easy. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. My only regret is not renting from them sooner! One thousand percent recommend!

Rented a brush hog to mow part of the field around the homestead. Had a good experience after a belt came off they were timely and helpful in getting us mowing again. Thanks to the staff for their help and assistance.

WOW. Taylor Rental was referred to us by our wedding planner for tent, table, and heater rentals and we were SO IMPRESSED. James met us for our site visits and had the most positive, can-do attitude. He went above and beyond to find us the right tent size for our unique location; he had a new table built for us to accommodate our needs; he & his team arrived on time for set up and tear down; and really just impressed us all.
