Very good experience the few times I came here to sell some things. Will definitely go back and sell more things and buy some stuff too.

You have to admire them.....they are becoming a staple in holland. If they ever close I would be sad. I can remember play it again sports was next to them when I moved here in 1999 lol

This place should be visited it should be sought from other places for video game collectors cuz they have some video games some very exclusive ones

I love searching for CDs here. I almost always find something I want.

I LOVE this store. They even get rid of any scratches on my CDs. Music is VERY important to me. I've been listening to my favorite music while going on drives at night since age 16. I LOVE music from the 1980s and early 1990s! I've got my favorites from here like: West End Girls (1986), Shout (1985), The Look (1989), RELAX (1984), Shattered Dreams (1988), the hits by Heart from 1985 to 1987 and so many more...way too many to list here! I stopped listening to the radio years ago (way too much rap and hip hop, it has got to be on purpose that the few companies that control the music industry push that SO much on the people).

Adding later: To the owner...lol...I LOVED your hilarious replies to all these whiny losers...talking about very small price differences. Your reply to Rios about learning English...OMG I was laughing for half an hour about that and how you said that's an interesting concept! Keep up the great work and I LOVE your store...I grew up in the best times for music, TV shows, cartoons and movies in the best country on earth (America was much better back then)! Your store brings me so much happiness via music.

I went here and traded a some Xbox games and a ps4 controller. People are super respectful here! I will definitely come here! They give amazing prices on games and I got $45 for a ps4 controller and a handful of games. These guys are smart and they know what they doing. They sell amazing things here. And for fair and reasonable prices. People are so so respectful! Legends! If anyone wants a great place to get games or CDs or used consoles come to these guys! My respect goes to these guys here that work there butt off to make a honest dollar which is something I highly respect. Keep doing what your doing guys! 😁😁

The staff here are always very helpful. Wven in situations where they may not have a lot of personal knowledge, they listen to the information you give them so that they can help you out and leave you walking away happy. I've had to offload many personal items to them and their prices are always fair, and they've been really honest with me in a non hostile way about why they don't take certain things, or why a price is the way it is. Highly recommend going in for well priced games, alternative/metal vinyl records, or stockong up the CD shelf.

Absolutely love going here! I have been buying and selling here for a few years. Games, systems and movies. Their selection is awesome, and always changing as they take in new inventory. Very nice people and very helpful. The prices they offer for your old games and systems are fair. And Tucker (golden retriever) is just a doll! Highly recommend this store.

Decent prices, good inventory of game systems, videogames, and movies. They polished a scratched Wii game for me which fixed the reading issues I was having. All of the people who work there are great.

Cool place to get new and retro stuff they have a lot of retro and new consoles there like 3ds,ds,Xbox,Playstation. Very cool stuff

CD Exchange is so cool! I go in probably about one a month, maybe more in the summer, and I always find cool stuff. I’m a young CD collector, and the guy who works there (I’ve never caught his name, sorry!) always tells some cool stories and gives me music recommendations. The prices are good, and they have some cool posters too! Something unique about this store is how you can be put on a call list. A while back I was searching for some Violent Femmes CD’s, and I was called as soon as they got one in! They even held onto it for me for a day or two until i got paid. :)

I recommend coming here before spending to much at a franchise like GameStop.

The selection was great and the customer service was AMAZING!

We walked in thinking we were going only be able to afford 1 maybe 2 good games and walked out with 6!!

We had just purchased a gaming console from a yard sale and the guy behind the counter asked if he could check it out for us. I said sure and he cleaned up the harddrive and memory for us and even found out a game already existed on the console. He made sure the console worked properly and did all of this free of charge!! He was very knowledgeable about the gaming system and each model. He was also super friendly and wasn't looking to rush us out the door. Which is never the case anywhere else. Especially when you have 3 kids in tow and 1 of them is a curious 2 year old.

I appreciate local businesses like this for the dedication they put into every aspect of their business.

Incredible service. Helped me with a specific request over the phone and then were extremely helpful when I came in to look for a 15-year old piece of equipment, which they had by the way!

Slightly pricey but for the area not terrible. The guy working there was cool as well.
In terms of selection they had everything you could imagine except they lacked gamecube stuff.

In reading these reviews I would agree with the good ones. I have always treated these gentlemen with respect. From their help with anything I need. Always willing to talk through any question. These guys unless busy which they will mention. Have been a great resource. Buying or selling they always remember me either over the phone or in person. Like said earlier give respect to get respect. 5 years and counting better than the rest. Better prices and always willing to beat the competition. So all of you rude people stop getting angry with the fact you are not the center of the universe. Keep it up guys, this is a great place.
