Beyond impressed with the young woman overseeing print pickup, Amazon (etc.) returns last night (2/5/24). She was kind, excellent at communicating and super efficient. If everyone in this world had her acumen, general intelligence and heart, it would be a better place.

Katie went above and beyond to get my order filled even though they were backed up. She made sure it was exactly what we ordered and was professional the entire time. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

They did amazing on our business cards and stickers it was a great price to can't wait to go back and get more maybe even different sizes of stickers also! I'd put a pic of the stickers but I forgot them at home! They did it in a timely fashion and got me my stuff b4 my event the next day!

Everyone on staff at this store is so friendly and helpful! Kaitlyn in Print Services is exception in customer service and very knowledgeable. I’ll never go anywhere else for all my business needs!

I ordered a chair from Staple’s website (which is a completely different entity than the store) and they sent the wrong chair. I called this store to see if they have the chair I wanted in stock. Sure enough they did and they were able to put it on hold for me.

I went to the store and returned the chair. After returning the chair, I find out they weren’t able to give me a gift card in store, because Staples online was a separate entity.

The employee wasn’t 100% sure if they sent the gift card back through email or snail mail. But he was leaning towards email and that I’d receive it in 24-48hrs. I asked them to keep the chair on hold for me since I knew it was a popular item. They happily said they would.

I left the store and found out the online Staples sends the gift card in snail mail which will get to me in 7-10 business days. I wasn’t happy since so didn’t have an office chair and I work from home.

I called the Staples store to see if they were willing to hold the chair until I got the card in the 7-10 business days. They said “Definitely. No problem.”

7-10 business days passed and finally on the 17 BUSINESS DAY (And yes business days Mon-Fri) came and I got the gift card.

I called the store and they STILL had the chair on hold for me. I get to the store and, sure enough, the chair was there for me to pick up.

The same, employee I talked to at the beginning was there and he even gave me a discount on the chair for the issue.

I definitely wasn’t happy at the online Staples. I will NEVER order from them again.

I will definitely go to this Staples if I ever need any other office products!

Excellent experience at the printing center. Darryl was a life saver. Got me an urgent print job done super fast and it came out beautiful!

Manager and sales team where fantastic in helping me with my new Office chair. Was a pleasure to purchase from as they where very accommodating with the return and purchase of the new chair. Would highly recommend to anyone. What a great all around sales experience. The level of professionalism shown from the staples team in Holland Michigan was top notch. We stopped by to price business cards, and the young woman at the print area helped us to create our own business cards. She made it surprisingly easy and fun. We had been putting it off, and tonight we were done in 15 minutes. Great place, good employees.

Back to school shopping for supplies was easy here. Several polite employees approached me to make sure I was finding everything okay during my short visit. I was happy to find all the items I needed and it was way cheaper than any other place. Only under a dollar for notebooks, markers, pencils, folders, etc.

Brad was exceptional. Recycled our old printer for us, helped us select a new one, and worked out our recent ink purchase misfortune saving us $80 of potential loss.

Products were in stock for immediate purchase.

I purchased an item for in store pickup with Staples, and was very happy with the service I received. I waited a few minuets at the online order pickup station and an employee was very apologetic for the waiting time and offered me a free beverage for the holdup.

I went there to print a poster for a conference, and the staff was spectacular. There was a printer mistake on my poster, but they reprinted it before I went to pick it up and it looked great! Plus, they were super friendly in helping me find other items that helped me display my poster.

I have always been impressed with the Holland Staples store. Staff is well informed and helpful, making good suggestions when asked. They are a great example of making the 'Easy Button' culture real.

I have shopped at this store often since I purchase products for my church here, and I have always found the staff and management to be extremely helpful. I am impressed with their customer service and ability to help you get what you need.

Darryl the General Manager was so so helpful in helping me return an order and print exactly what I needed! I will definitely come back for printing there!
