Big Lots

I have not been in Big Lots! in awhile. The store is quiet, clean, and organized (see pictures). I was there on Saturday, January 20, and I think the whole store has a special going on where everything is 20% off. I came across huge discounts on Christmas items and sales on furniture. I bought a “Merry Christmas” door mat. It was $14.99, but after the huge discount, it went down to $3.74 (see pictures)! Check it out before it’s gone!

There’s a cashier by the name of Craig, who is very nice. He greeted me and told me to have “a wonderful day!”

I would definitely be back, especially for the couches. They sure have some beautiful tables and couches for sale. I would definitely recommend people taking a look there first.

I have not been in the Big Lots for a while so I thought well I'll go in and check it out I'd like the open space of the store they have awesome furniture and I will be definitely doing some Christmas shopping there.

My new Favorite store. It's like a toys r us for adults. I could spend sum cash in Big Lots and walk out with sum fun/cool stuff. I like stuff and they got cool stuff. 😁👍

This is the seecond time we've been here and both times the food was terrific. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. We had the all you can eat perch dinner, the Lenten special, three fillets and a generous amount of fries to start followed by two more fillets as you request. The perch is huge !! Each fillet easily 8+ inches. The tartar sauce is even extra good. All of that food plus two drafts and we had a bill just over $40 !!!!!!

They actually had what I needed!! The price was even lower than expected. Love this store!

My stop especially the ginger snaps in box. Other things I get for the price is affordable. Store is always stocked. Restroom is always clean. Help is friendly and reliable.

John was very helpful!! When I walked in with crutches he came over to me and offered me a wheelchair and kept my krutches at the register while I shopped! This made for an fun and easy trip! I ended up getting some cute fall decor at a good price!

On Saturday, I was looking for Christmas cookie skillet kits. Dorian checked multiple places in the store and checked with other staff, as she remembered seeing 2 the day before. She took my number and said she'd let me know if she found them. I wanted 4 total, and she said a truck would be coming on Monday, and she would see if more arrived and contact me. Dorian phoned me later on Saturday, saying she'd found the 2 and would set them aside. She then called on Sunday saying she was going to the Grandville store on Monday, and would bring back an additional 2 if she found them there. She was able to get them all for me, and I picked them up on Monday afternoon. I was floored by the above-and-beyond customer service Dorian provided!!! Most staff would've said, "No, we don't have any left, but check back as we may get more in." Dorian 's work ethic is beyond impressive! I still have a smile on my face.

Great experience at this location. John in furniture went way above and beyond what I expected someone too. We now have everything we had decided on getting thanks to him making several phone calls and then getting the final piece we needed that wasn't in stock anywhere near Holland. Thanks, John!!!

I REALLY got great discounts at Christmas! Teresa who works there..went overboard in checking another store and got me what I needed. She was so helpful!

Can buy just about anything at lower prices than most other stores. As a lot of the merchandise is either discontinued or close to the expiration date on food items the prices are lower. Still the best bargain in town on almost anything you want.

A great store if your looking for deals on furniture and so much more! They also have great deals on selected grocery items etc
