Wild Chef Japanese Steakhouse

This was a awesome experience for sure! I used my Google assistant to booked the reservation and that went smoothly we got in there right on time was seated right away. The food was cooked to perfection, the chef had a great communication aand skills, and our waitress was so nice!!!!

I used to travel to Holland for work and stayed in the Hampton Inn behind this restaurant for 4 nights a week from 2010 to 2016 and I ate here at least once a week. My favorite was the Hibachi shrimp, so when I was in Holland over the weekend, I had to stop in try it to see if it was still good. I’m glad we stopped in because it was just as good as before. Everything we had was excellent. I recommend this place for hibachi and sushi. The staff are also very friendly. Our server Ulani had a great attitude and was very nice. I don’t have a single complaint about this place and I’ll be back again the next time I’m in town. The total for lunch before tip was $27 and that was enough for two people.

I stop and eat her every time I'm in the neighborhood. Amazing place, amazing food. The white sauce is so good. 🔥 love this place. One of my favorite places to eat. Sushi is great. They serve a lot of food for hibachi.

We just ate our Christmas dinner. It's been 3 years since I've been here because honestly last time ,not so awesome. Decided to go back because open on Christmas day.I give it 5 stars this time. Our server's name was Seven. They were wonderful. My husband and daughter have to eat Gluten-free. Seven made sure we were well taken care of. We ate the love boat for 2. It was amazing! I will definitely be going back sooner

The BEST Japanese Steakhouse in West Michigan! We came in for a Easter dinner and it was delicious! Steak - Lobster - Chicken! YUM!!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here. The food was great and we had a fun time.

The server was very friendly and regularly checked up on me. I got there right after their dinner rush which seemed to help me get my food extra quick! It was very well presented and tasted excellent!

I highly recommend them and will be back myself!

Our chef was outstanding! We had six of us and each meal was prepared perfectly for each. The place could use a little updating but the food was great. Would highly recommend.

I love this place! Fun for the whole family! However I don't recommend a couples date at the hibachi grill if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

They do have tables in the back you can sit on too and that would work for a date.

I recommend going for lunch. They have sushi lunch specials that are top tier for the price you pay. Excellent service, friendly staff, it's always busy and they always manage the rush well.

Very good all around restaurant! Great food and atmosphere. The cooks put on a very good show if you get the hibachi. Highly recommend!!!

Great sushi. Always beautifully displayed and unique. Crazy dragon and Snow White rolls are awesome. Good service. One of my absolute favorites!

Our waitstaff was wonderful! He made sure our tea and other beverages were never empty. The food was pretty good, so we're the prices. Can't wait to try the lunch specials.

Staff is always very nice. I would highly recommend eating at a Hibachi Table at least once if you've never done it. I very much enjoy ordering their hot tea.They have a large selection of cold beverages. Throughout the year you can always find good coupons in local papers. I wouldn't recommend coming in on a holiday if you're busy because they will be even more busy than you!!! Also, am vegan but I've been told the fried rice with the white sauce is 😍🔥👌. I normally jus get veggie sushi.

Had the loveboat for two and hibachi dinners. Food was great and service was excellent. Our server Seven handled our order well and they catered to our allergens and cooked our food separately to avoid cross contamination. A great experience and we'll repeat.

The food was awesome! It's been a long time since I've been to a great hibachi place. I'm happy to say I found one!

We got a little bit of everything- spicy sushi combo, seaweed salad, drinks and hibachi meals.
Our waitress was hard to find, but our chef was hilarious, made fantastic food and was very personable!
I intend to go back regularly and would highly recommend to everyone to check out it.
It's a little pricey compared to other genres of cuisine, but for a hibachi place it's decently priced and well worth the money!

Wonderful local sushi place. Sushi was very good, you might not expect that in the Midwest. Our server was a young woman, Ellie. She was lovely, made sure we were well attended to. Highly recommend this place. Much better than another local sushi place.

This dining establishment is a MUST visit! I dined here with my daughter just recently. The server was jovial, upbeat, and had a great sense of humor. He was very quick and accommodating.

The meals, while some might think pricey, ($25 to $30) are well worth it. My meal came with soup and salad. The salad dressing is out of this world delicious. The meals were so large that I ate what I could during dine in, then took the rest home for two more meals! That's equivalent to about $9 per meal! (The plates are very large dinner plates, larger than any other restaurant I've visited.)

My daughter and I both ordered the filet mignon and it was AMAZING!

This is a hidden gem for sure. Not only do you you get first class service. You get ambiance, taste, and familiarity. Once a week I have been going here. Prepare to pay for alcohol. Not with regrets tho☺
