We have purchased 2 vehicles from Crown and absolutely recommend working with Marissa Castillo. We were lucky to meet her this summer when getting a SUV. She made the whole process so easy and simple. Unfortunately we needed to replace the CR-V due to a winter accident and there was no hesitation to go back to her. Car shopping can be stressful but working with her has been the best experience (dealer or private) that we have ever had!

We worked with Mitch Pratt on a vehicle site unseen he was very responsive. We purchased the vehicle and was as described and met all expectations. Process of dealing with Crown Motors was super easy and had the vehicle delivered out of state.

We were able to look at and test drive the car we were interested in. It was a cold evening, and the salesman, Regan, actually brought the car inside so we could look at it in warmth. After test driving the car, we decided it was a little too small for my husband. Regan already had another option ready for us to look at, and that is the car we ended up buying. All our questions were answered satisfactorily, and we have a very nice new car!

After shopping around for about 6 months finally found the Rav4 we were looking for at Crown Motors. Did an online inquiry, and was contacted the same day by Tony V. with a video introduction, we were able to work most of the details out before going to the dealership. The people were great and personable, it was a reoccurring theme with anyone that we talked to, "If I don't have it on my vehicle, I'm not going to push it on you". This was the first dealership that did not make me feel like they just wanted to sell a car. Will definably be sending them all of my business. It is that personal touch that sends them over the top. KC was thorough and informative. He expertly fulfilled all of my needs. His attention to detail and exemplary customer service went above and beyond my expectations. The entire transaction, and follow up customer care, have solidified that KC and Crown Motors will be my go-to for all of my automotive needs.

We purchased this new 2022 Buick Envision on June 30, 2023. The reason the scheduled appointment was due to install parts that weren't available earlier for the park-assist feature. Two days before the appointment, the car's screen said the FOB battery was low and needed replacing. We had this car for 6 months, and I don't think the FOB battery should be drained, and I had to pay $10.00 for a replacement battery. This should have been covered under the warranty.

I'd buy from them again. The buying process took longer than I wanted it to, I had a long drive back home. I'm pretty happy with how things went and how I was treated.

I recently bought a new van from Crown. This is my second purchase from Crown. I worked with Marissa and she was wonderful! Very easy to talk with, knowledgeable and helpful with my choice. I definitely recommend her! 👍 The folks at Crown are awesome! And a shout out to Ross for his help also! It was all worth the 3 hour drive!

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Great service from Marcus (I believe that was his name!) and was able to work from the waiting room area thanks to the Wi-Fi.

Marcus and the service department went above and beyond expectations. Had a fuel injector problem, got it warranted and expedited the install.

I was very impressed with the service of my representative at the counter. He texted me ahead of my vehicle pick up. He cleared the snow off my vehicle and brought it inside.

I have used the Service Department ,2x these last few months. One for a recall and once to get the code for my radio after battery replacement. I have had the privilege of dealing with TIM both times. He is very professionally friendly and very patient in explaining things. He is an asset to Crown Motors.

They helped me get my dream car. I’m still shocked I got approval. They went above and beyond to make it work. Special thanks to Jason and rob. I couldn’t have asked for a better car or deal. Thank you. Oh and the coffe is amazing and the worker is very nice. I highly recommend this place.

What a great used car buying experience! After finding the perfect Escalade on AutoTrader, I made my visit up to Crown Motors for a test drive. Obed got me driving the car right away and promptly had my trade appraised. We talked through some considerations and agreed on terms. Obed and the Parts Dept were able to work some magic and get needed roof rack parts much quicker than originally expected and installed before i picked up the car two days later! Closing on the car was seamless and the detailing was perfect. An overall easy and low stress experience with quick turnaround, thanks Obed!
