Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I have been in multiple Sherwin-Williams and this store is one of the ones that have really great customer service. Employees really take the time in helping you and treat you like a customer rather than an obligation. I really hope that this store keeps up the good work! IF only I still worked in this area to have a reason to go here I would.

The quality of the paint and the friendly service are the reasons I continue to purchase my paint at Sherwin-Williams. The customer service at this store is the best I've seen in the Atlanta stores. Even when there is a rush the associates take the time to make sure everything is right and to answer any questions I have. I really appreciate this location.

Great experience. We bought two gallons of paint to do our laundry room and touch up another room. Cesar was exceptionally helpful and friendly balancing multiple customers.

Had a great customer service experience here. I went in looking for Bins shellac, which they do not carry. Reluctantly I purchased the SW synthetic shellac, wanting to get on with my project. I had a huge adhesion problem using my Purdy brush that was supposed to be for all paint types. Instead of the shellac looking like skim milk, it was thicker and curdled, like soured heavy cream. And my Purdy brush was ruined.
I went back in and they refunded my SW shellac, which I would never ever use plus they gave me a new Purdy brush when I told them what happened. The SW synthetic shellac says natural bristles is correct brush to use, so I am actually uncertain what exactly went wrong. I did sand the surfaces before I painted. I've never seen such a heavy shellac before. But in any case, despite the inconvenience of having to resand & re shellac, it all turned out right in the end, and thank you Sherwin Williams!

The young man in the store was very helpful and explained how i would be reviving my pain that day. He was quick and attentive. Also very polite.
