Publix Super Market at Cheshire Square

This is long overdue but I’m finally posting. I really want to thank the bakery and the deli for everything. I ordered an unicorn cake for my niece birthday and when I picked it up the box was bigger than I expected. I got a buggy and they asked if I needed help. I said no and they told me to be careful. I proceeded to my car and on the way I slide the cake out of place🤦🏽‍♀! I took the cake back in and they fixed it with no extra charge and carried it out to my car for me!!! Everyone in there was so polite from the cashiers to management… Thank you all for everything it didn’t go unoticed. 😊

I love my publix! I’m always greeted and assisted with the utmost courtesy. I feel like these people are family. Food always fresh and the customer service is worth every penny I spend!

My favorite Publix. Pleasant staff, clean, well stocked, parking lot is easy to navigate unlike Toco Hill. Sometimes I have to go to the bigger Publix at Toco Hill if I need something special, but for everyday groceries and most things, this store is great. And Publix makes really good fried chicken.

I needed some assistance with a prescription, so I stopped by my local home pharmacy. Stephanie (Pharmacist) and Jaime are so polite and extremely helpful! This location is run with a very local get to know you vibe which is rare these days. Thanks for all you do!

We stopped in to get a sub. We are from Florida and used to the subs theire, and all the other publix locations don't make them as good, but this one was the best I have had in a while. The guy that made it was super nice and knew what he was doing.

Still my number one regular grocer. Excellent produce with many organic choices; decent inventory of ethnic foods and spices; fresh fish and the butcher will dress meat, fish and poultry to your specifications; excellent bakery and deli and almost always good customer service. I don’t waste my money at Whole Foods. If you know how to shop, you can get ‘ whole food ’ anywhere.

When I travel to the south, I must stop here at least once. The fried chicken is delicious and like no other.

Customer service was very helpful and nice 🐱🙂.. They allowed me to charge my phone although it was not a acceptable practice in the store 🏬🏪.. They made a acception and for me because of that I'm grateful 🙏🙏🙏

Clean; it reallyis a pleasure to shop there, ALL the Publixs' I've visited. Love the variety of lemonade that have.

My favorite neighborhood grocery store. Always clean, everything for my crazy recipes are here and the associates walk you over to whatever you're looking for. Shopping is really a pleasure at THIS Publix.

I love nothing more than a Deli Sub from PUBLIX!
The bakery is also great. The cakes, pies, and pastries are always fresh. If you have a tight schedule, PUBLIX has you covered with a great selection of prepared meals or dishes, either hot or cold. Ready to eat or warm up when you get home. Prices are competitive and believe it or not but it is an employee owned company, so you will find that the service is usually outstanding. Wow, I sound like a representative. 😝
I grew up in Florida and have always loved PUBLIX.

Great a lot of homeless at times but still a great store

This Publix has excellent customer service! My mom went into this Publix this morning in a panic because the cake she made earlier in the day didn’t turn out as she had hoped and she needed a replacement. When she got there, they didn’t have any chocolate cake with just regular icing ready to buy nor could they get one together for her as quickly as she needed. She was disappointed and got emotional, thinking she wouldn’t be able to give her niece the cake she wanted for her birthday. When she got teary eyed one of the ladies came around and gave her a hug to try to make her feel better. She ended up walking around looking for other options and just when she was about to check out with some cupcakes, one of the ladies from the bakery came running over saying they were icing a cake for her right then! It was so kind of them to stop what they were doing and put this cake together for her last minute! I think their names were Tra and Lisa…I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to take care of my dear mother. They made her day and saved her behind lol!

Always have good service here! The produce area is always nicely stocked, and the sushi is good (especially on $5 sushi Wednesday). I have had no complaints about my experience at this Publix after living in the area for a year.

Good clean store. Staff is very nice all the workers say hi when they see you . Makes me fill like I'm in a small town store where everone knows everyone.

Denny has great customer service and made one of the best subs I have ever eaten!

Always friendly and convenient...wish it was larger and carried more items, otherwise it's a well maintained store and the pharmacy is also a bonus.
