I come to CVS daily and when I come, I always get greeted by Mrs. April. She has excellent customer service, and always helps me when I can't find something in the store. Very professional atmosphere and I get treated like family rather than a customer. Love it

My name is Geraldine Little. This store is amazing. I needed a prescription filled at another CVS location and they didn't assist me with respect. So,I came to this location and the pharmacist Andre was very polite. He went over my medication with me and showed me how to use my machine to check my sugar. I appreciate patience, he was just that and more. I'm elderly and need help with information about my medication. I've now transferred my prescriptions to this location because of the service at this store. The store is clean and the sitting area was cleaned and neat. I advise anyone seeking a great pharmacist to go to this location. And I live miles away from this location. But,well worth it for great the service.

I drive 4 miles to go to this pharmacy (I have 4 other CVS closer to home). Best CVS in Atlanta. Always helpful and personable. Pharmacists know you by name when you come in. Very worth the extra drive!

Had a great experience today at Minute Clinic. Felicia and the nurse practitioner Evelyn were very friendly and professional. By far the nicest CVS I’ve been to.

I switched to the CVS at 1520 Avenue Place because the customer service is FAR superior than my local pharmacy in downtown Decatur. In particular, I want to commend pharmacist Andre Mackey. On multiple occasions, he has helped me special order medications, correct mistakes, and even secure the best price. He is smart, thinks outside the box, and always extraordinarily friendly. The pandemic has been difficult for everyone especially healthcare workers. I want to thank Mr. Mackey and the team at this location for their help advocating for patients and their families in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. It is greatly appreciated.

Because the service here is always professional, friendly and personalized, I have been coming here for years! (This is so even though after I moved it is no longer the closest CVS to me). Josh and the whole pharmacy team are truly fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about this CVS. It is clean, well stocked and the staff are friendly. The pharmacists specifically: Andre and Josh are exceptional. They go above and beyond. For example, the have taken the initiative to find coupons for my co-payments, which is certainly appreciated and has resulted in a great deal of savings. When I moved, they called to make sure my prescriptions could get to me at my new address. This is a rare quality to find and it is much appreciated.

The cleanest and friendliest CVS I’ve ever visited with a better than usual selection of items and logical organization. Also has a MinuteClinic run by very kind and professional people. Excellent consideration for the health and well-being of others.

My “regular” CVS didn’t have a prescription that I needed. They searched internally and told me to check with the Emory Point location. I called and Pharmacist Andre Mackey answered the phone. He searched and told me they indeed had what I needed. Can you believe he had my prescription ready in 10 minutes? He even walked my prescription out to the car for me (this location doesn’t have a drive-thru). I wasn’t feeling well at all. I wanted everyone to know what an angel in a white coat Dr Mackey was to me that day. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Dr Mackey!!

This CVS pharmacy is hands-down the best I have visited. The few times I've mistakenly popped up thinking I had called in a prescription, they've taken great strides to fill it in a timely manner. Andre and Josh are the nicest people walking this Earth. They greet me by name and know what I need before I even get to the counter. As odd as this sounds, I actually enjoy stopping in to pick up my sons medication, even if it's only for a few minutes. Andre, Josh and the entire team truly know what it means to provide exceptional service, without losing the human factor. Please don't ever leave this location!

Friendly, polite, knowledgable, always make time to answer questions about your prescription. My insurance changed to another pharmacy ( not CVS) but I ❤ to stop by and say Hi to Andre & Josh. Two pharmacist that Really care about their customers

Went to the pharmacy at CVS at Emory Point on Thanksgiving Day with an issue. The pharmacy was open, the pharmacist was welcoming, incredibly helpful, informative, and nice. It's difficult to be open on Thanksgiving, difficult to work, and difficult even more to maintain excellent customer service. The pharmacist did all of those things and gave excellent and helpful advice, listened carefully, and didn't just give health advice for that day but also for follow-up. It was an experience of excellent healthcare, and I was very thankful on Thanksgiving Day for the CVS pharmacist at Emory Point.

The service is always friendly and professional. I once lost my key and went back. The lady (Barbra) helped me found it!!! I was very grateful :) I've been visiting this location for a while and would definitely return.

This is the best CVS Pharmacy I have ever used. They are so nice; they immediately take notice and welcome you, they always have my RXs on time, answers any questions, and always with a smile.

This is far and away the best pharmaceutical staff I’ve ever experienced — it’s really not even close. Kind, attentive, all while being extremely efficient. I miraculously don’t dread visiting the pharmacy anymore. Cheers to you all!

I totally appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the pharmacy staff at this CVS. They know my name when I walk in and my meds are always prepared on time. I only have prescriptions filled here even though there’s another CVS less than 5 minutes from my house.

Tia is absolutely amazing! Saying she went above and beyond to help, is an understatement. She's incredibly caring and knowledgeable.
