CVS

Went in with my sister and mom. My mom was looking for Valentine's Day cards, the little ones used for exchanges. We'd been to a nearby grocery store and they didn't have any. CVS had what we needed and the nice lady behind the counter provided us excellent customer service. My mother is in a wheelchair and sometimes stores aren't set up to give her enough space, but we didn't have any trouble!

The store itself is a little run down and low stocked but the doctor in the pharmacy was very kind and helpful when I came to fill a prescription. The man up front was also very nice.

CVS can do absolutely nothing to improve our experience. This is solely due to our interaction with Shirajun. This lady is literally a one woman show! While assisting us at the self-check she was simultaneously helping other customers at the main register, the photo counter and with locating items on store shelves. Shirajun is a fantastic representative and a terrific asset for your company.

I had to come to the CVS 8 miles away from my house today because the CVS that is 1/10 of a mile from my house decided to close earlier than they're posted scheduled time even for holiday. Well I can tell you that I'm so glad that I did, because the young lady in the CVS drive-thru, Shannon, was an absolute doll, was so accommodating, and even made sure that I got a substantial discount through GoodRx on my prescription refill. I think I may have to drive that 8 miles from now on because the CVS at 5497 Peachtree road has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, and this CVS is amazing! Thank you, Shannon!!

I'm so happy that I was able to be assisted by Ms Rinku, who is one of the valuable members of the CVS team here at the location on North druid hills in Atlanta she truly was a great help and I appreciate her so much. Thank you for having her as a part of your team and I can't wait to come shop again so that I can experience her great customer service.

Best pharmacy ever. Abraham is helpful, kind and truly cares about his customers. Nowadays it’s hard to find that. If you have unique medication needs come to this pharmacy.

I frequently shop this location on my way to work (before 7a.m) weekdays. Apparently the staff I encounter these morning's are on a completely different level of customer satisfaction and service than the ones a few of the reviews here have been submitted about. I feel fortunate, I've never had a negative experience at this store. Each of my interactions with multiple and various staff members have been very pleasant and far exceeded that of its competitors. As I stopped by this morning, I was greeted warmly upon entering the store. While there, I asked for assistance locating an item, and was told in a very courteous manner where to find it. At check out, this same associate not only engaged me in polite conversation, she also prevented me from making a purchase that would have caused me discomfort. She made alternate suggestions that will be very helpful to me in the future. This kind and informative associate that helped me this morning was named 'TAMEKA.' I really appreciated the info she shared with me and the time she took.

Went to this pharmacy at 11 at night after a trip to the urgent care due to a severe sore throat. They filled my prescription in less than 15 minutes. The staff, especially Conner, were polite, quick, and helpful. I probably wouldn't be sleeping tonight without the medication they provided me, so I'm thankful that they offer the late night service. Thanks!

This CVS location is the best!!! Specifically "Abraham". In a world where everything is run by computers and most businesses treat customers as a "number", Abraham takes the time to KNOW the pharmacy clients. All should take note from his terrific attitude. Prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient: what more could anyone ask from a pharmacy???? They are great!

The fastest I’ve ever seen the pharmacy have meds ready. I called 1145pm to make sure my Dr sent it, and 45 minutes later I went to pick it up 1230am. The pharmacist was very nice and I’m grateful to have a pleasant experience.

CVS had every allergy med i needed, plus a great talk outside with Deraca about Doctors Without Borders

The manager Mark and his team always take great care of me. Probably my favorite CVS in the country!

Parvin who was running the store is amazing. I overheard her handling difficult customers with such grace and civility they ended up thanking her! She also helped me with a complicated photo order. Parvin is a rockstar

I've only used this pharmacy once, but had a seamless interaction with competent and friendly staff.

My favorite pharmacy in metro ATL (which is saying a lot, considering I'm from here). I go out of my way to use this pharmacy, because all of the employees are totally reasonable and pleasant. If you ask a question, they don't respond like you slapped their mother. A++ for that alone.

Had the kindest employee help me with passport photos here. He made it super easy and went the extra mile despite how busy the store was at the time.

I love this CVS! The pharmacist is always friendly and very helpful every time I have been. I usually go around midnight and staff at that time are awesome!

Had my prescription filled here within 15mibs of arrival. I had a terrible tooth ache and the pharmacist was very sympathetic. God bless you.
