Kroger

One of the neatest Kroger I’ve ever stepped foot on. The second floor is what set this location apart compared to the neighborhood Kroger where I reside. Kroger is always awesome & will always one of my go to since. One of the brand name I grew up with.

I’ve lived nearby for the last 5.5 years, and have done 95% of my shopping here. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the area. Prices are reasonable and they often have 50% mark downs on meat and produce.

The staff has consistently provided good service, and I enjoy seeing several familiar faces each time I visit. I was compelled to write this review based off the service Laconzila gave me while checking out yesterday. Friendly, helpful, quick - this is the service that keeps me shopping here. Thank you!

I rarely if ever write reviews: I have to say that the service I received from this store’s new manager, Denise, was utterly exceptional. There was a staffing issue that resulted in a problem in receiving my pick-up order. I didn’t even make a fuss, Denise didn’t just make this right - she made it excellent! I couldn’t be more appreciative of her kind demeanor and friendly attitude on top of the phenomenal service she provided. I look forward to coming in and seeing her again!

Great upscale grocery store. Open 6 am to 1 am. Love to shop here. Great hours. Great choice. Friendly service.

I just had a GREAT experience at this store!! Tammy went WAY far out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. I gave up, but she did not!! Thank you for such great customer service!

Two story store w/ restroom, booze and health food on second floor. Has elevator and stairs to top floor. Found lots of mark downs and clean clearance section. Nice deli selection w/ plenty of options. Many options for produce. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Outside needs updating and not much in the plaza it's located in. Music is pleasant but not too loud. Decent size isles. Biggest Kroger I've ever shopped. I now go out of my way to shop here. Highly recommend checking it out.

Very nice Kroger. Well-stocked with good selection, especially in produce. They also have a bulk foods section, which isn't at every location. The store is huge and they stock all of their beer and natural/organic foods upstairs, which can actually be kind of annoying if you are shopping with a cart and have to take an elevator ride just to grab a few items. It's clean and well-maintained and the staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.

I purchased "Nashville Hot" chicken tenders, but they were mild. Yall not allowed to put Tennessee to shame like that. I'm white and even I couldn't taste no flavor, and it made me kinda sick to my stomach. Sure, maybe I feel sick because I just ate a pound of bleached chicken, but damn, put something in the sauce. I didn't order the orange chicken.

The Sage Hill location is my favorite. The parking is easy and there's rarely more than one person in front of me at the check out. Most items are in stock and they have a great selection of wine and beer and the prices are reasonable. FYI, if you forget to hand in your coupons at check out you can take them and your receipt to customer service to redeem them.

I love this Kroger. My absolute favorite. 9/10 has everything I’m looking for. Even if it’s not on the floor, workers are so kind to find it in the back for me.

I went to this Kroger for the first time this weekend. I was very pleased to see it is very clean and well stocked. The store and parking lot looked very busy but I had no wait at all. The deli was nice and produce as well. Very happy I shopped here> I will be back. Thanks.

Very nice 2 level grocery store filled with wine & beer. I especially like to mix a 6 pack of Craft Beer and take home some local milk, half&half or boiled custard in glass bottles. Good selection of pet foods & supplies too.

Not the biggest in town, but with a good selection of items and very good staff, it stands above average in every way! My "go too" Kroger from the very first day it opened its doors. My Kroger card was one of the very first they issued.

Vivienne working in the self checkout is AWESOME! She is so friendly and attentive to everyone. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

When I was in search of Naan, I was helped by a Kroger employee in the produce section who told me where to find it. They only had wheat Naan on the display and I prefer white Naan, so when another employee saw me searching around the bread isle, he offered to help me locate whatever I was looking for. When he couldn't find any either, he told me he would look in the back to see if there was any in stock. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, he and another employee returned to tell me that they were all out, but that some would be in in a few days. I really appreciated that they were so ready to help me search and were so friendly about it.Thankfully I had some free waffle coupons from Waffle House on me, because I only give those coupons out to those who are friendly and provide good customer service, since I too am in the business of customer service.

Barbara the meat and deli manager is amazing and a sweetheart

The manager is a good soul and helped me out with my dead battery phone situation so I can get a lyft to go home. As of now a frequent customer. Pay it forward

Items are easy to find and the store is very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. The manager is often walking the store checking the displays and answering questions about the store.

Always enjoy regular visits especially to the manager's special aisle. Employees impart a family feel to the shopping experience.

Love this Kroger! Can't say enough about it. Great selection and variety, friendly/personable/helpful staff, clean store, etc, etc... I wouldn't go anywhere else. :)
