Very competent pharmacists and staff, they work very hard yet regretfully they are understaffed

The store manager made sure I got my savings on my bottled water purchase by entering my phone number on the screen. Also heard an employee tell him he was unlike any other manager she'd ever had. Said she felt comfortable discussing concerns with him so he must have a great team

We just had a great pharmscy experience. We walked in for the bivalent Covid vaccine and had essentially no wait. The experienced pharmacist (Martha) administered the vaccine expertly; she was reassuring, answered our questions, and used a professional technique (no injection pain). She also wisely counseled us to get the flu vaccine as influenza is circulating early this year. Plus we got free test kits.

The Emory Village CVS is always a worthwhile shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff from the pharmacy in the back all the way to the front of the store. I feel appreciated when I shop here which is frequently.

The manager, supervisors, and team members needs to be put to shame at this location. DO NOT GO TO THE BATHROOMS...the female toilets looks like derelicts use them, and I know the staff see all of that NASTY stuff in there. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. GOOD LUCK TO THE PEOPLE OF EMORY VILLAGE THAT shops there frequently....

I never write reviews, neither good nor bad, because I dont really think employees at a business are there to serve me. Courtesy and respect are all I ask, at the very basic level. But the staff at the pharmacy here has been, and is, so excellent, that I simply cannot let this go. While attending other customers at a very busy hour of the day Di'Nesha told me that I could apply over the phone for a government discount on my medication. She guided me thru the steps, had me sit on one side while she rang other customers, and in 15 minutes a bill for $254 dollars became, as If by magic, a bill that cost $0.I wanted to buy her flowers right then and there--a box of chocolate, a bottle of champagne. She gently told me there was no need for that. She is now the second angel in that staff, but only because I met her last. The first angel will always be the extraordinary Zenobia--whose smile shines as bright as her intelligence and good cheer. Thank you, Di'Nesha: may you and your family be blessed now and always. I've been going to this pharmacy for ten years. I don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you.

Went in tonight (1:18am) and team member Juliette was very welcoming and helpful. Being that it was late at night it was refreshing to still receive pleasant customer service,

Im so happy this is my closest CVS, the pharmacy staff are incredible! They were kind and so friendly when I went in today.

I don't know why this place is poorly reviewed. I have been to many CVS locations and find these staff to be kind and helpful, and the store is a manageable but big enough size to find most anything you need - 5 stars to me!

I picked up my first prescription here this morning. Easy parking, the woman in Pharmacy was friendly and efficient. Glad I switched my prescriptions to this location!

I was visiting ATL and stopped into this CVS. I was in a time crunch and had to use my rewards points. The service was great and she worked with me!
