Delta Sky Club

There are many Delta Sky Clubs to visit in airports throughout the country.
As a traveler, visiting the many Clubs throughout airports, I once considered Atlanta's as the best with the available showers, which I visited once again on this recent trip to Chicago.
O'hare's Club is 5 star compared to Atlanta's outdated Club that looks as if child's play in the Sky Club world.
Chicago's is 3 times larger, with the many plush seating options along with 2 bars, TV's and higher end food options with greater hospitality then expected in ATL and TPA's Clubs, pleasing this Chef.

Chicago's interiors are updated and with holiday decor throughout. The staff was welcoming from it's entrance to the bartenders. One asked if I trusted him after asking what my drink preference was. "Absolutely" as a response and then made a Champagne mixed cocktail. If I only caught his name, I would highly recommend him, but found on the return flight the very same hospitality from other bartenders.
Free magazines for guests were of higher quality than TPA, ATL and JFK's.
Surrounding views of the tarmac with large paned windows if awaiting a layover instead of only interior views is a pleasant surprise.
The bathrooms and showers with a wave of your hand opens the doors.

With Delta's many Skyclubs in Airports, this Centurion Lounge beats ATL, TPA and JFK'. It is a must visit if in ORD!

This club has a very unique and stylish layout, with multiple levels of seating and space. The bar is fairly small, but the food service areas are separate from beverages and coffee, so it feels very spacious. Service is good as you would expect, and I never have had to wait to enter the club, even during holiday weekends. The views overlooking the gates are awesome, as you get to see the planes arrive and depart from their gates.

A stop at the sky club is always a nice little break from the hectic travel pace. This one is huge and always busy, but the food lines go quick. Some of the bathrooms have showers and I don’t remember if this one does or not. The staff is super helpful and they go around collecting used plates. The grab and go at the entrance is a super nice feature too!

Clean, comfortable and not too crowded. The food was decent. It’s a nice landing spot while I waited for my connecting flight. The best part about the sky club and being a medallion member is not having to spend any money on airport food.

One of The largest and best laid out sky clubs anywhere. Has a variety of seating arrangements for singles couples, larger groups and workstations for road Warriors. Plenty of bathroom space which is a necessity at an airport! Bar is large and well staffed. Bartenders are very efficient and friendly. Food is basically the same at every sky club location, but it is refreshed often here because of the large crowds. 2 separate coffee stations and a dessert bar spread the crowds out so there's rarely a lot. Automated checking kiosks have pretty much eliminated launch. Plus a new sculpture in the entry way adds to the artistic flair here. High ceilings give a light air in us but a lower ceiling in there makes it feel like a modern club. They are building a new grab and go kiosk on the gate level but it is not yet complete. Only downside is this large club can get insanely crowded during bad weather when lots of flights are delayed and people are stuck here for long periods, but overall a wonderful experience and a oasis of relaxation for a weary traveler.

One of the best Sky Clubs I’ve ever been to! This Delta lounge is a multi-level lounge with a massive buffet/spread of snack food, free alcohol, and an expansive layout for comfortable seating.

This lounge is 10x better than Admirals Clubs with American Airlines. I highly recommend coming here for excellent food, free drinks, and good free WiFi (password refresh).

Great experience. They had so many beautiful creatures. They also had vegetarian options and served alcohol. I really enjoyed the gift shop. Highly recommend.

Delta Sky Club really upped their game. The food is very good. They have a variety of food that caters to people with different dietary needs. They have a hot food bar and a cold food bar. All buffet style. Although it may get a little crowded, it is still so much better than some of the lounges I've been to. The service is excellent too.

was pleasantly surprised by how large this lounge is and how many food and drink options they had. The chairs were comfortable. The place was clean. There was a good balance of healthy foods: fresh fruits, salads, juices.

I really liked the large windows and how much natural light you could get here.

The staff were all friendly and efficient. They seem very well organized with people. Greeting you at the door and moving the crowd along.

If I had to stretch for criticism I would say the stairs were like three flights just to get to the lounge. There were no escalators. Also, the lounge had a Vegas buffet feel versus a high-end lounge.

Overall, an excellent lounge that I would come back to.

We really enjoyed our stop at the Delta sky club by A gates. On our prior trip we had stopped at the B gate location where we waited in line for admission to an overwhelmingly crowded venue. There was no line here, and the service was exceptional. One of the managers even went to the back kitchen to get our toddler Cheerios. I do think there is more food at the location near B gates, but the ample space and good service more than made up for it.

Always a pleasure to relax here between flights. We had about 4 hours this time, which made it very enjoyable. Comfortable chairs of many types. Delicious food. Free beverages; hot and cold. All my domestic travel is planning this in.
I REALLY missed it on these international flights.

Well appointed Club. Breakfast was laid out in two locations. Service people frequently checked and maintained the dishes. While, the furniture was not new, it was well maintained and clean. Nice visit.

The service at the Delta Lounge is always exceptional. It's truly what makes it so great. I always enjoy the food and beverage selection, and you can always find a comfortable seat. The Lounge makes my travel a little more comfortable.

I am so blessed to have Delta Sky Miles with American Express‼ Everytime I fly out of town, I leave myself with ample time to enjoy the Delta Sky Club‼ I was in alll B gates so, if you go the Sky Club there, ask for John at the bar‼🥃🤙🏾(Greyhound with Tito's with Ruby Red Grapefruit juice amd a lime 🤪)The buffet style food is great and the liquor at the bar is even BETTER‼ And just to have your own place away from the rest of the airport is one option that you and I can throughly enjoy‼ Cheers‼💯🍺🥃🤙🏾

I love the Delta Sky Club. It allows me a place to get some work done while waiting my next flight. The food and drinks are always good and the friendly staff is always cleaning up and making sure you feel welcomed. Thank you

Good lounge but usually very busy most of the day. I like the new food selection with the salads, wraps, and grab n go hummus + snacks for the kids (cheese sticks). Hot food is pretty tasty too. A good place to hang out while waiting for your connection.

This is a very nice Sky Club. LOTS OF ROOM! They have a couple different sections and a large number of staff as soon as you walk in so check in is a breeze.

This particular Sky Club has a bar tender and the food selection is usually pretty fresh and pretty tasty. I like to sit in the corner and watch the planes taxi out as well as land.

Very clean and the bathrooms are pretty nice. I wish there were some more bathrooms just because the size of this place and the number of folks.

Great selection of better-than-average food. Not my favorite choices, but free is always good.

I always like getting a seat with a view of runways.

It was a bit busy, but we only waited a few minutes before they let us in. If i still had a higher status, it would've been a shorter wait.

Nice mix of food for breakfast. Don’t like the brand of coffee. Very bitter taste to it🤷🏼‍♂. No English breakfast tea😞. Very pleasant staff. When keeping a lot of distance between people it would be nice not to wear a mask and breathe in the air that was just exhaled, that can’t be healthy. Like watching the aircraft activity out the windows. Terminal E has the best Delta Lounge.

First time we've had a long enough of a layover to visit this Sky Club and it's one of the best we've ever been to. Really big with plenty of seating and fantastic window views! Definitely recommend going here if you are able.
