Great food. The waitress was honest with the size of the scallops it was so tiny. But the food was great and the service was excellent. The place is warm and cozy perfect place to eat on a cold night before heading to the airport to return home. Only thing BEWARE the gratuities are added to the bill so she was tipped $20.00 already. We had alligator bites the three seafood options and the conch fritters with some blue long islands.I recommend this place for sure.

This was my first visit to Six Feet Under, and I couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of its location right in front of a graveyard! In all seriousness, the food was quite enjoyable. I particularly loved the flavors, and their homemade lemonade is absolutely delicious! The service was exceptionally friendly, and I'll certainly be returning in the future.

Very quaint and quiet place. The steamed oysters are amazing! The Barcart oysters were small however the Richard oysters were double the size. The oyster basket was delicious. The batter on the oysters were just right and I got a lot of oysters in the basket. Service was quick and all the servers were really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!!

First time there great staff decent food it was okay if you like very light or little to no seasoning then this is the place for you great alcohol beverages and the buffalo oyster bites where good as well the onion rings with the sauce was a hit with the fried okra

Stopped on our I20 trip. Pricing was fair fir seafood. Great service. Fabulous food. Wife said that it tasted so good it made her cry. Creative food aelections.

Both of us had the combination baskets. I had fried shrimp with double cod fish. It was good. Neither of us liked the hush puppies. Hubby had blackened oysters, shrimp, and cod. Our first impression of the baskets was it wasn't enough food, but it ended up being filling. I guess we are a little greedy😃We also had a bowl of gumbo, which was good, a side of turnip greens that had a great flavor but were cooked vegan style and crunchy. If you are like me, you like your all of the nutrients cooked out of your vegetables and cooked with meat😂 I like them soft, not crunchy. We also had a house salad with ranch dressing. It was good too! Overall, our food was good, but it was on the pricy side for it to be lunch and mid-size servings. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

Six feet under right in the heart of Atlanta is a great afternoon, evening or night dining spot. Atmosphere is definitely a pub vibe under the sea experience. Everything I ordered was phenomenal. I ordered fried calamari, fried green tomatoes, cod fish basket, fish sandwich with zucchini fries, corn on the cob and a lobster roll. I will say the lobster roll were expected to be served hot but it was served cold. With so many options on the menu you have no choice but to come back and try something different. 10/10.

The drinks were a nice mix!

I had a great experience all around at Six Feet Under. The food was delicious. The service was great. And the restaurant was extremely clean. I had the baked white fish entree in the restaurant, and ordered the salmon BLT sliders to go. Both meals were outstanding!

Had a great lunch of snow crab and one of their mixed drinks. I’m a big fan of repurposed buildings. Six feet under did a great job with the interior. Service was great. Food was a lot better than expected. Parking was a challenge. If you’re in the area I would definitely give six feet under a try.

Amazing burger 🍔 rockstar beer selection, the very coolest place to have a drink if you’re in your 40s and remember coming to this place when it had the slanted windows. A true “cheers” kinda spot. Feels like home.

This review is long overdue. So as a chef and a former server I tend to look for places to eat where the food and the customer is above average.
On January 28th 2024 I hosted my grandmother’s 77th birthday at 6feet under. We were a party of about 45 and initially I was nervous about whether or not they would be able to accommodate us.
The manager Miriam was extremely communicative and clear in the rules and details of what they could provide. We emailed back and forth up to the day of the event and everything went fabulously! All of our guests were pleased. The birthday girl had an incredible time and everyone raved about the food and exceptional service. Again as a career culinary arts and hospitality manager I was blown away by the attentiveness of the service staff and the savory flavors of our food. I joked with the staff saying I would definitely become a regular!
This was more that a meal it was quite an experience. So thank you to the staff and our fantastic servers for awesome energy and willing spirits. You guys were all great and became part of a beautiful family memory. We look forward to dining with you all again!

We had a date day in Atlanta and we stopped here for lunch. AMAZING! We ordered the gator bites and I have to say, incredible! These beat anything I’ve had in Florida. Next we ordered The Steamer. Mussels, shrimp, oysters, sausage, corn on the cob, crab legs, potatoes, and hush puppies! Talk about out of this world! Courtney took great care of us and service was top notch!!!

An Atlanta icon that's been serving Grant Park since 2001. The recipes are amazing, and the seafood is so fresh I think it slept in the ocean last night. The staff is super accommodating with plenty of seating. You're surrounded by history in a building that I believe was built in the late 1800's. Plenty of unique house cocktails that you can only find here. They also feature an amazing rooftop bar with dining that overlooks historic Oakland cemetery. This place is a must stop whether you're visiting Atlanta or just want a great bite to eat.

Was there a couple days ago, great service and the place itself is very nice as well. Went with my brother and my mom and since we got there, we were taken care of. The server, Cheryl, was great and attentive. Talking about the food, it was good and it came out perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place to friends in the future!

First time at this restaurant and I enjoyed every bit of it. Crab legs were delicious and we had wonderful service from the bartender. Can’t wait for my next visit to Atlanta to come and try more dishes.

We went there as a high school group, we had been to a Marvin Gaye play, after leaving the play we all said let's go to our favorite place good food, good drinks, good service. We were there at around 4pm, we were seated at the far booth table next to the back window. Our waitress was excellent, sweet tone of voice at all times. I'm so horrible with names, At this time I don't have my receipt on hand 🥺. Food came out hot and good as usual. Thank you I recommend Six Feet Under 💖

Had a very enjoyable experience.
Catfish and potatoes were very tasty. I also had a side of spinach which I didn't care for. It was a bit too salty.

The Crab Cake Sliders 🦀 and Combo Basket was everything our server Alex, said they'd be! The restaurant's ambiance caters to your socializing and entertainment must-haves! The seafood is just as fresh as it is delicious. Our server Alex offered an amazing vibe and outstanding suggestions; she was most certainly delightful!!! Six Feet Under will become a regular and I can't wait to experience its nightlife!

Very nice restaurant! Sophia was great to us! We had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and they were good! I highly recommend the salmon blt sliders with their homemade chips!!

I went for the first time with a group of 12. The restaurant handled all of us with ease. Our waitress was a delight and the food was everything you would expect from the authentic gumbo to fish and chips grilled instead of fried(yes they make substitutions!)to the most beautifully fresh meal salads and salmon sliders. A good time was had by all🥰😋
