The UPS Store

I love going here to return my Amazon packages because they will box everything, wrap it up and send it and give me my UPS receipt and I have never run into a line. It is very convenient. The longest I've ever had to wait was about two minutes at Christmas time and when they saw a line was forming they opened another register right away.

The staff is always SO kind and helpful. The best UPS store in the area :)

I’m a frequent customer of this UPS store. I can say that manager and staff go up and down to serve me. I have been to several UPS stores, but this one is the most professional and efficient UPS store that I have ever been to. I will keep going there and highly recommend them to everyone.

This UPS store is fantastic. I brought my package in at literally the last minute they were open on a day during the busy holiday season, and the manager Sahar was pleasant, professional and thorough and truly made the experience a good one. She even remembered me the next day when I brought in more gifts to ship! I didn’t pay for guaranteed Dec 23 delivery, but all of my packages arrived before Christmas. I definitely recommend this store!

Very professional and friendly store; the staff was accommodating. The customer's line went on quickly; Nataly, the associate, wrapped and packed my mail in seconds; she was so helpful. I loved this store.

Update 8/21/23 Today Rose really helped me out with a confusing problem that I was having printing out my label. Rose was extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting my problem and was able to print the label for me. Thank you Rose for making my day a lot easier!

This is a great addition to the neighborhood. Both of my visits have been fantastic. They helped me with packing and shipping. No one had to wait very long because the store was well staffed and the staff was incredible professional and efficient. I will definitely be back.

Always helpful and efficient staff. Love this place. Since I use it so much it causes me to shop at the other stores there that I would normally drive past. The one in Clarendon didn’t have any shops so l’d drop off my packages and just leave. Here I drop my packages, I go to Starbucks for a coffee. I look around the toy store for any up coming birthday parties my kids have to go to. Limoncello is a great store to browse in. All the food places in this shopping ctr are great too. Plenty of parking as well. Thriving retail area.

Conveniently located. Many services, including UPS drop off, expert packaging, prompt UPS shipping, USPS services, fax, photocopies, secure shredding of old documents etc. Gracious and highly professional local ownership. All in all, we take all of our shipping needs to this store because they are so good.

Anything I could possibly need I always come to this UPS store. Amazon returns shipping things to friends or sometimes I need to get some documents notarized I always come here. I guess the reason why is just because they have such amazing customer service and they’re so quick with transactions you’re not waiting in a line for over 30 minutes just to send some thing off.

I am a business and ship 35-75++ 6 days a week, they staff is professional, quick, polite, well trained and helps in any way possible. i normally drop pre-paids and 1 day my network crashed, i had to print 62+ labels some not UPS, I called Saha and she instructed her staff to help, the store was NOT even open yet as it was early, early. they SAVED MY DAY!! allowing me to use a public computer and helped to take all information off thumb drive and print labels in short order!!

I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. Had to get 45 copies of a program for a high school sporting event and the finished product was professional and very high quality. They also gave me a competitive price and completed the job very quickly. I highly recommend this store.
