Target

I am an 80 -year old who shops at the Ballston Target. My old cellphone needed to be replaced. I did not want all the bells and whistles - just a phone to make telephone calls, a few texts and emails. I was really surprised that some were priced in the HUNDREDS of dollars. But, Melvin Alvayero not only helped me find one under $100, he showed me how to set it up and use it. I really appreciated his help and commend Target for having him on their staff.

This is a smaller Target, but still has everything that a person would look for. It is in a great area. You can catch multiple bus lines or hop on the orange/silver line to get to it. The target employees were friendly and the items were kept neatly on the shelves. I also liked the Target balloon used to welcome customers to this new Target.

I absolutely love this location despite the complex parking 🅿 situation. They have the best variety of market place food and great selection/deals of fine wines and champagnes.

Another smaller, urban profile target, but still has most all of the regular necessities. Very convenient location, as it is a relatively short walk from the Ballston Metro station and much needed for the Ballston area.

The customer attention and assistance is great. Josh in particular is an amazing asset to this Target location as he left a positive impact on my experience at this place. Definitely recommend, you will feel great customer service and a sense of importance as soon as you walk through the doors.

An awesome new target! It’s laid out really well and allows for a ton of space to walk around. Cleaning protocols are top notch! Someone wipes down the self check out registers between each person and hand sanitizer is readily available. Even though it’s small, it’s perfect for a more urban location and is really close to the metro, has good access to bike racks, and it’s very walkable.

The staff at the Target in Arlington Virginia were some of the most knowledgeable and friendly customer service representatives I have had guide me through a catastrophic business emergency. Their abilities to adapt and find ways to enhance the overall customer experience through their quick witted and studious approach of all that Target offers was extremely impressive. I will be shopping at this location often while staying in the DMV area.

This Target location is great. 2x (or more) larger than the Rosslyn location. The beauty section is MASSIVE and well organized. In smaller Target locations I have trouble finding things in stock, but this location was stocked really well. Clean, spacious and expansive. Will be shopping here more often.

I showed up early for an online order with tired kids and a dog. Josh, the online order agent, was ready to help and push my order faster. The manager Dana saw the technology wouldn’t allow the quicker processing, she solved the problem. I really appreciate the customer attention and assistance.

I was new to this target so I was a bit confused on where the things were. Luckily one of the employees, I believe his name is Josh, really helped me out and helped me find things I needed. I really appreciated the help and he was super friendly which made my shopping experience 10x better!

This store seems to be managed well and it's in a good location.

Favorite target express. Its bigger than the one in Rosslyn so you know they will have more variety. Definitely feels like a normal target in a smaller environment.
