La Union Grocery

Love this little spot. The hot food is all so good - I love their pupusas, and I also frequently get their tamales. They also have a surprising number of grocery items for such a small shop! Prices for grocery are high to be expected for a small shop (though they have some items that are hard to find in this area), but their hot food bar is VERY reasonably priced.

One of our go-to places for authentic Latin American food. The carne asada tacos are phenomenal and the corn tamales are one of my favorite foods ever. Very kind staff as well!

Great place and I treat my staff here all the time and remember to get my receipts because well that’s part of being a responsible person. lol I work in a larger building then other people that review, and I will continue to tell everyone to go there hahahaha

Although everything is marked up the store us awesome. Has Latino food and brands and they also cook food to go. I haven't tried the food but I went with my friend and he said what he ordered was amazing and authentique.

Definitely recommend.

This place is fantastic. Try the empanadas and the honey dew nata de Coco. I've been here a few times since the new owner came over, and all I can say is that the food is great and people are respected.

Good store good people! I go in there from time to time. Not all the time like I should. But I go in there. I like it! They’re so good pupusa’s! They sell Spanish playing cards. Candy from South America guava and quince paste (Pasta Membrillo) It’s a very good Latin American market in the middle of North Arlington. Probably the only One well now not the only one. there’s a Glebe market near Buckingham. They sell spiritual colognes if that’s your thing. many Latin American markets do but they got it as well. Like I said nice people good owners.

Ever sense my boyfriend and his family showed me this place I LOVE coming here!! Everyone is super nice and the pupusas are AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I love this store. The food is amazing and the employees are so nice!!! I have been shopping here for over 10 years.

Very clean, employees are super polite, the food in the back is quick and delicious, overall its just a great find and I will continue to come here for lunch and other grocery needs

This is a fantastic local Hispanic grocery store with lots of ingredients and hot foods available. It's a treat every time I go and it just makes me wish I could remotely afford a Cherrydale home nearby.

Super friendly shop with lots of stuff we need. Great that we can stop in for a bite and sit outside, loved the pupusas!

La Union is a great little convenience store/grocery store with lots of hard to find ethnic food items, like fresh plantains.

Good pupusa revueltas and corn tamales. Heated for your lunch time enjoyment. Good people, too.

Nice people working have a nice deli section then also Latino products as well!
