Harris Teeter

Been in the neighborhood about 6 months and this is our go to grocery store. The staff are always excellent but today Tom was the gentleman who helped me and it was so nice talking to you. Tom I hope you see this, you really made my day. In terms of the store everything is always easy to find and they always have a good selection. Easy 5 stars.

After my quick pick up of bagels next door at Chesapeake Bagel Bakery. I got the pleasure of shopping at HT this had to be one of the cleanest stores I've been too. The guy who cut my turkey so nice I didn't get his name. The hot food bar was impeccable it was going into the lunch but you couldn't tell because the leftover from breakfast looked so fresh. I would have loved to see some turkey sausage and turkey bacon on that breakfast bar. My register person Oryungerel is the best way to end your shopping experience. I was in a shorter line but the guy wiped his nose and I said, "I'm too far from home to catch a charge." He used no hand sanitizer kept on scanning. I moved and was blessed w/Ms. O. and she was wearing gloves and a mask keeping myself and herself safe! To Will and the other guy at customer service thank you for helping me.

This is our favorite grocery story in the area. The staff is candid and they are in good mood always. My son had an accidente today. Long story short, 6 champagne bottlles ended up crashing in the floor. The store staff was really nice in handling the whole situation.

This review is for Tamika and all her staff at Harris Teeter. I use the self checkout and had an item that wrong up incorrectly. Tamika was able to help me get it fixed. Her customer service and knowledge is something we rarely see these days in these trying times.

Even though I can’t stand the parking lot this Harris Teeter is by far one of the best! The clerks are typically very nice, friendly, and efficient. Food is fresh and prices are good. I am super impressed by the sushi chefs that work tirelessly. We will only get sushi from this location (always fresh and better than Whole Foods). I will also order my birthday cakes from here because they are fresh and my kids love the decorations!

Curtis was amazing and sold me on the cinnamon brooms. Truly a great experience.

Good selection of organic, vegan and gluten free foods.

I had a very good experience with the fresh food manager Ahmed. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with some issues I had with trash placement. Excellent listener and a very good leader.

Good produce and wide selection in the large grocery store including bakery, pizza station, and most everything expected in such a place

Very dependable store with great customer service in the meat department. Produce is usually very good as is the prepared food. Order ahead service is GREAT, and I hope to try delivery soon too. Getting flowers or balloons is painful. Cashiers are slow, apparently no incentive for moving the routinely long lines faster, but I've never had a major error on my receipt either. This is my go-to grocery store and I am happy with it.

Was surprised today that even though I visited Harris Teeter at "rush hour" (mid afternoon when people are shopping after work), and it was somewhat crowded with shoppers, I had to wait less than a minute for an open register to check out. Great staffing! And reasonably good sales today! Still my favorite local supermarket.

This is one of my favorite local stores. The produce at HT always seems to be if a superior quality to the local Giant and Safeway? HT has a good selection of all of their products. They have also recently added a large selection of already prepared meals to their offerings, with a large salad bar, a wings bar, a pizza section and a hot foods bar. A nice addition for those who do not like to cook.

They had everything to needed. The flow was very logical. I was able to get in and out very quickly. And the cashier was extremely helpful. They also had some good sales.

This is my store. Always well stocked and people are friendly. Thursdays are the senior citizens discount day. Every little bit helps. Produce is very good as are the meats. Only Costco has better mests

Harris Teeter, due to its spacious size, offers everything I need in a grocery store. I also appreciate their regular sales on items that I can use.

Outstanding service by the Express pick up team! Quick, convenient and contactless.
A few items were out of stock (not surprising, these days). But, they made thoughtful substitutions wherever they could, and they called me with updates.
The person who loaded my groceries was very friendly & careful with the loading, too.

Nicest Harris Teeter I've ever been to. Always been able to have advantage of those glorious deals here! When they have their buy 2 get 3 free deals this is a must come to place! And, as a plus, their pastries don't taste like somebody dumped a pile of sugar into them (unlike some places in the area). When you come, take advantage of the deal and get yourself something tasty

I've been going to this Harris Teeter for as long as I can remember. They recently did a renovation and it is looking great. They have basically everything you would need from a grocery store and more as they have their own pharmacy, flower shop, wine section, etc. Parking is rough but it's open basically around the clock so just come at a non peak time.

Fantastic selection of products, great quality, decent prices. Staff members are always friendly and helpful, especially Connie! Parking in the main lot is a bit tricky, so I'd recommend parking in the garage located around the building.

Clean - have all kinds of great foods etc
Find prices similar to most grocery stores. Good selection of wine.
