CVS

Both Monica and King at the store located at 4709 Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia, were positively wonderful! I approached them when another nearby store could not provide service as promised (the other store provided me my 100 photo Christmas cards I ordered, but had no envelopes to go with them in the correct size, and basically left me hanging out to dry). Monica and King were quick to assist me and find the correct quantity and size envelopes in their store's photo section and provide them to me. They were not only helpful, but they were also both very personable and empathetic when I approached them with the issue. CVS needs more employees like these two representing it! Thank you!

Pharmacy: 5 stars.
Despite having been understaffed for much of the pandemic to date, being subject to constantly changing protocols for delivering care, and supply chain disruptions, service has been as well-managed as practicable under the unmanageable circumstances.

Retail Store: 3 stars.
Prices are high, and those yellow sales price flags are frequently not removed until some time after the promoton has expired.

Availability to reach pharmacy by phone: 0 stars
It's a staffing issue; I can generally walk the 1/2 mile from my house to the store while on hold for the pharmacy.

The store has one pharmacist when I visited so it took a bit longer for things to proceed because she was doing everything. Yet, she was extremely nice, patient and kept thanking me for waiting. I hope they would recruit more staff so the pharmacist can take a breath. Great job!

They usually greet me and ask if I need help. The pharmacy is professional and organized. Store is clean and well stocked. I wish the premium chocolate were cheaper. :-) Gotta complain about something, right?!

The pharmacy team is so kind and patient. My doctor’s office took two weeks to respond to a request refill my prescription and the pharmacy team assisted me by calling my doctor personally (while I was at work) and finally I was able to get my medicine! Thank you so much! - grateful customer

I wish my local CVS pharmacy was half as good as this one. Staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly.
