Ted Britt Fairfax Ford

We purchased our SUV at Ted Britt Fairfax Ford last weekend and couldn't be more pleased. Our salesman, Frank, was the best car salesman we have ever used. He was personable, helpful, and the least bit pushy. Mark, in finance, was so helpful and really informative. Lastly, Brad, the sales manager was equally as helpful, personable, and not like most sales managers we have met in our past car shopping experiences. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase the car from here and we definitely would do it again in a heartbeat to be able to work with these great people. Highly recommend!!!!

I love this dealership. I ordered a Ford Maverick and had to wait an entire year due to delays, but that never took my anticipation for this car away. Alison Lucas was there since day one to help me get my new car and was there from the beginning to the end. I am very glad for my new car and will continue buying cars from here, they know how to treat customers right!

I bought a used Jeep SRT from Ted Britt Ford a week or so ago. It was a good experience even with some small hiccups I was happy overall. Vinny one of the finance managers there was great and my sales person Shaq was also excellent.

Since I purchased my car, everyone has been extremely helpful to me. Recently, there was a recall for my car and scheduling it was easy. I opted for the mobile mechanic to come to my work address. Josh was the best! He went above and beyond to help me with the programming of my car. Beyond grateful.

My vehicle purchase at Ted Britt Fairfax Ford was effortless, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Alison is a terrific dealership associate and worked to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. She was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The financing department, particular Mark, was also attentive to my needs and did not try to push unwanted add-ons. A simple "no thank you" was sufficient. Overall, I feel I got a great deal on my new truck both in terms of my trade-in value and the price of the truck. I only wish the dealership was in Pennsylvania so I could use the dealership as my primary Ford dealership.

The entire sales and finance team was extremely friendly, informative, and responsive. I ended up getting a better finance deal compared to what my bank offered. In addition, the car is perfect. Ted Britt made car buying easy!

Ted Britt Ford for the win!!

After an absolutely terrible experience last night at another dealership (I won’t mention the name but it rhymes with Boons and starts with a “K”) I made an online inquiry at Ted Britt Ford. First thing this morning, I received a response back from them and things went perfect from then on. Will Britt was my negotiating opponent and he was more than willing to work with me to help make up for the other dealership’s incompetence. He was extremely professional and humorous and he very clearly cares about the integrity of the family business.
Once I got to the dealership, I met Will and was introduced to Mohamed, my salesman.
I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Mohamed delivered my car with as much enthusiasm as I had and showed me everything he could think of (in the cold wind and rain). He genuinely seemed happy for me getting a new car.
They had me driving off in my Expedition in record time and I can’t thank them enough.
I don’t want to have to buy a car again for a while, but I will absolutely be returning there when I do!
They have gained a customer for life after fixing what another dealership dropped the ball on!

The team at Ted Britt Ford of Fairfax is absolutely outstanding. My sales agent, Eric, is courteous, professional, and down to earth. I was setup with an overnight test drive because my wife couldn't come out to the dealer with me. This gave her the time needed to make sure she was comfortable with the expedition we were testing. The next day, the purchase process was fast, and the team worked through my requested titling for Florida (active duty). The readily apparent discrepancies on the vehicle were fixed on the spot since it was a received trade in the day I came to look at it. This dealership is absolutely awesome!! The customer service here is top notch; I wish I knew about them sooner. I'd visited 4 dealers in my search for a car from Maryland to Woodbridge. This was by far the most efficient, straightforward, easy experience of them all.

Jared was incredible. The knowledge, attention, professionalism, and approachable demeanor set this experience apart.

There was no BS which is so commonplace and I experienced much of while shopping. No fluffy marketing or "hold you till you're exhausted" tactics. Really, really just a solid experience. Highly recommend.

Shout out of course to the man in the back, Vinny, who worked on the finance piece like a pro. Also swift, professional, and good energy to be around.

If I could pick on one thing? Canned sodas. They win over plastic bottles any day. Unless you wanna really blow people out of the water with some glass bottled soda (but alas, we can't have everything). I do expect to see some canned sodas when I bring the car in for it's next service 😁

Overall excellent! Matt Payne, my service agent, was very response
to my needs and past challenges with my 2019 Ford Ranger transmission. He insured that it was restored to a " like new condition". Now a pleasure to drive. Thanks Matt!!
