Rite Aid

I was picking up med for an illness and not feeling well. The med was ready in 20 minutes! What a fine, and unexpected! experience.

Rite Aid on Mangrove is friendly with good customer service. I always find what I need and want when i visit this store.

The Pharmacy at RiteAid on Mangrove Avenue is terrific! They are ALWAYS extremely fast at getting my prescriptions. If there is a problem with communication with your Dr.‘s office, they have NO PROBLEM picking up a phone and trying to resolve the issue (say if a Dr. Isn’t calling back). They resolve issues and make you feel like they genuinely care about getting your needs taken care of. I’ve been to other pharmacies in Chico (sounds like VHS) - who always have the attitude of “it’s not my problem” and don’t help you resolve an issue. The staff at this particular RiteAid store is considerate and problem solving. They ALL have the attitude of “Let’s get the Dr. On the phone and fix this” You don’t get that from other pharmacies. Keep up the great work!

I’ve heard of the older problems this store has had in the past. But since being under new management. The roots may have been faulty, but the tree has changed. The store is clean, restrooms are clean as well. The work staff are polite & courteous to each and every person that walks in. I’ve been to plenty of Rite Aid’s statewide, and can tell that the individuals working at this location, care. Not only for the customers, or the store, but how their reputation precedes them. I have always been treated with respect since shopping here, and I will continue to do so. My hope is that, people try out this store before they judge it. Thank you.❤

Absolutely stellar service at the Pharmacy! Evacuees of the Camp Fire descended on the Rite Aid on Mangrove... most of us had fled without our meds. The lines were horrendous, people were tired and grumpy and scared, but the staff kept their cool and helped everyone. They helped me get through to my insurance company (repeated calls to get releases for early refills). Thank you so much for the good humor and kindness.

When I visited this store I didn’t expect the cashier to ask me and then go with me to find what I was looking for, and if not for his help I would have left without it. I was so impressed I applied there for work! If you want good service and to avoid the rat race at Walmart, this is a good alternative!

The Pharmacist and all of the service staff are wonderful human beings and treat everyone with acceptance, affection, respect and recognition.

Chico Rite Aid's fridge is amazing. I was looking for my favorite ice cream(chocolate malted krunch) and he offered to go out of his way to find some for me. Wednesdays at 2:35 is where the main man ice cream carrier can be found. Thanks bra!

Went for a flu shot and got in and out in less than 20 mins. Excellent service in the pharmacy!

Got exactly what I needed. This store is huge! Bright and packed full of merchandise with a really nice staff to help you find what you need.

Takes some time for prescriptions but good over the counter selection.
