In two words: Liz Chavez.

My fiancé and I had been returning our packages using other locations until one day Liz went above and beyond to help me with an Amazon return. She walked me through all the ways my fiancé can make it easier for me to make returns when she is unable to do them herself.

Miss Chavez is an outstanding employee, I have never seen her without a smile helping customers with any printing, shipping, copying or other need they may have.

I asked Miss Chavez if I should write her a review online or if she had another way to tell her management, owner and company that she is a diamond in the rough. It is hard to find good help these days, and Liz Chavez is worth incentivizing to continue representing the UPS Brand.

We will be back, as long as she is at this location and most likely long after she is promoted. From what I have heard from friend’s parents and now peers, UPS has always been a great company to work for. Liz Chavez represents what “Brown can do for you.”

Deija was the one who helped me and I was blown away by how she was very Knowledgeable About my questions for shipping my items and as a business owner, I hope she is valued and should be given a bonus! I would want someone like her on my team if I could.

Deija was so nice to deal with. A true breath of fresh air. UPS is lucky to have such an awesome employee. Thank you!!

I came in last week and was pretty confused by the self serve Amazon thing and Elizabeth was as helpful as she could be with what she knew about how it worked, which made me think Amazon should work better with the stores they are putting these machines into. I really appreciated the assistance I got and the kindness in the limited help I was able to get with how its all set up.

I went into this store to get my fingerprints done. I didn’t realize you needed an appointment to do this. The two gals (I didn’t get their names) were really helpful. Got me an appointment and were just really pleasant and nice to speak with. Great customer service!

Came in to return a few packages and was greeted by the sweetest lady, Elizabeth. She was super friendly and helped me get in n out of there quick.

I dropped off a China dish set that I received from my father that passed away when I was 10, I'm currently 44. I relayed the sentimental value of each item and just simply asked for them to handle with care. Sid the manager took care of each item and I can't thank him enough, everything was thoughtfully wrapped and more than exceeded expectations.

Exceptional customer service. Sign said due to covid-19 no more than 4 max inside store. Door was locked. I knocked to get the attention of guy behind the counter. I asked should I go elsewhere? He unlocked the door and reminded me it was Sunday and closed at 3. It was 3:05. He graciously took my package anyways and even gave me a receipt. If I owned this store SID would definitely be my manager. He was polite and I couldn't have been happier. Definitely doing all my business at this store. Thank You Sid.

I have family living in Washington and every Holiday season I send presents or specials gifts through this UPS store. Each time the presents and gifts made it to my family on time. Everytime I go there the crew makes feel assured the items being will be on time. The crew is always professional, courteous and very friendly. It's kind of like visiting a country store. :-)

I’m in the store several times a week. Liz ,Kitz and Cid are always extremely friendly and helpful. This is an excellent business.

Very happy with my experience at this UPS location. Tara helped me mail 8 large boxes so quickly and never made me feel like it was a chore for her, despite the fact that it was nearly closing time. Highly recommend.

I had Christmas gifts to ship to Florida. I went in just looking for a box big enough. The girl came up to me asked to help me find a box then asked if I had the gifts with me so she could help me pack them! I brought them in and the box I had picked out was too big so she started over with a smaller box! It was like watching a game of Christmas jenga. She was amazing! Friendly, professional, and fast. I never felt like I was an inconvenience or she was rushing me. My package even got there a day before scheduled. Overall great experience at this location.

We've been box holders for 2 years and always find the staff friendly and courteous, even with the impact of handling all the extra Paradise mail. We love the text messages when packages arrive, prices are very clear, and every package is handled with care. One time our son left his pacifier on the counter - they wrapped it up and put it in our box! Lines at USPS around the corner take 3x as long. Yes, it is very busy around holidays, end of the college semester, and with Paradise impact - but everything is.

We have been box holders at this location for over 2 years. We love coming here because the staff is helpful, friendly and personable. It's in a convenient location where I can get multiple errands taken care of. The price is great considering how many packages we get each month and it's nice to know that they are safe and well cared for.

The employees at UPS treat me like family. I have a house account and send out my Irlen glasses a few times most weeks.
I always receive great courtesy and helpfulness from all and a friendly greeting.

I brought the most sad broke down box full of my worldly possessions to UPS Store in Chico. Contents spilling every which way and 'sad' box had to get to Texas. Store representatives were so great. They made suggestions on how to extend the life of the 'saddest' box ever and gave me a couple of cost saving tips as well. If you have to ship anything a long way and don't have a terrific box, shipping tape, packing materials, a label, or tons of $$$, go here. Chico UPS by Safeway will take great care of you and your package. Thank you Chico.

I came in to get a PO Box to have somewhere to forward all my mail, and the whole crew was so nice! The gentleman who helped me, Hunter, was very courteous and very funny. Despite how busy it was, they were working well together and handling it all very efficiently!
