I love this location. I haven't lived in Chico long. Everyone is so friendly. Tatum in the deli is amazing and makes the best food. Maria who stocks the shelves is helpful and friendly. I could go on and on. I'm moving again, and I will miss this store.

4 and 1/2 lb of king crab legs perfect couldn't be happier plus two six to seven oz lobsters really fresh wonderful experience.

I went in looking for roses and found the PERFECT colors!!
They were gorgeous and made the table scape display! Added a couple to the cake for good measure.

I love the drive up service. The person that helps me a lot is Josh. He is always so polite and goes above and beyond to help you. My orders are always correct. He always has a
smile. My overall experience with this particular store is always great.

Safeway(s) no matter where they are,
have superior products, that every grocery shopper will be pleased with.

From their Pastry(s), pasta, pizza, pork loin, papaya, pet food, shop at Safeway. You will be glad you did.

In my experience, always helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and usually good produce. I shop here weekly at least and they have always treated my family and i very well. Also, gas station is conveniently set up and staff there is very friendly and helpful as well. The staff at the gas station are always cleaning and working hard at this location yet still provide excellent service.

The Safeway I go to a lot and is open till 2am. Great for our Neighborhoos. So very clean with top-notch security. They have rules about parking lot security that include not to apprehend.

It's a little sketchy after 11 pm till closing. The best rule they could post and enforce is "No one may approach anyone on the lot to solicit anything, security will be called."

It needs to be done and more families with children will come.

Safeway is out of my way, but I go there when I need certain items that my local grocery store doesn't carry. I can find more varieties of whole coffee beans at reasonable prices, dried fruit and individual containers of delicious desserts, as well as a variety of single bagels.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The East Ave store also has a wide variety of potted plants, as well as cut flowers.
In these times of expensive gas, it's nice to have shopping for items that I would normally buy contribute to discounts at the pump.

Love this store, sadly it's becoming increasingly more expensive to shop here or anywhere really, so every dime has to count. But most of the employees here are awesome, both helpful & friendly. I've never had issues shopping here.

Great. It's all good in this hood. You may be approached...it's gonna be OK though, as long as you know someone with a certain set of skills.

It's the safe way to go if you don't wanna pay with one of your limbs to shop at raleys. Funny. When I typed raleys my phone autocorrected to "rapey"... Seems right.

I bought some garlic bread and went through the self checkout. The bar code wouldn't scan so the cashier ended up giving me a dollar off the price for my inconvenience. It was so nice of her.

My french bread was just fresh from the oven! Delicious! And a pretty good deal for ten mangoes.

I actually went in to get something cool to drink as well look at a specific product line which is available. I love that they have a very good selection in the florals department too. Great experience.

Best store in Burney. They will always have power and the team that works here is one the Union should definitely be proud of. Everyone is outgoing, great spirited and polite. The store is always in great shape and well stocked. I've never had a bad time here. Definitely the best Safeway I've been to.

Safeway is excellent! I found everything I needed and more! I got a killer deal on steak too!

Employees are very friendly! Shelves are stocked, they have beautiful flowers. Always a pleasant experience when I go into Safeway! I have absolutely no complaints

A great store for everything you need. They have an excellent deli case with both hot and cold food, great selection of fresh produce and breads from their bakery. You use a Safeway rewards card when making a purchase to save money on future gas purchases.

Very Clean, fully stocked organized store with a friendly efficient staff. They have a bakery that bakes fresh items everyday. A fully stocked meat department, a fresh deli with a menu that has a large variety of delicious made to order or already made sandwiches, hot meals, or a bowl of the soup of the day. They have a floral department that has fresh flowers for all occasions including holidays. Wine, cheese & greeting cards, plus other last minute "must haves" for a dinner party, whether you're going to the party or throwing it. Love this store!
