AT&T Store

Elver was a HUGE help to me today with my business accounts. He was very patient, answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me when I was “ghosted” by the AT&T operator. Highly recommend this location and especially Elver to assist you.

We were just in the store and talked with Justin. He was super nice and friendly and very smart and informative. Great employee!

Justin was so amazing last night. He was so helpful, he was funny and friendly. He was fast and knowledgeable. I didn’t think I was leaving that day with a phone I thought I would have to come back, but he made it so easy! Fantastic guy!!

This is the best customer service ever! Dani and Anthony helped me upgrade my phone and transfer the information from my old phone, they worked to find the best options and were patient and extremely helpful. Another man helped also but I didn't get his name. Everyone there was accommodating and knowledgable.

We received great customer service from both employees. They greeted us they were very friendly. But Luis was very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond when helping us. I left there with new phone carrier, a new phone and accessories. We were very happy when we left!!!

Deidra was simply amazing. I have dealt with so many problems from ATT in general but after speaking with her I felt so confident. She educated me and treated my problem as if it were her own. From now on I’ll only deal with her. She is the sole reason I am still with ATT as a provider.

Matthew and the crew were excellent. They made a frustrating process easy and honestly enjoyable. They managed to check on our account, save us about $50 and get us the phone we wanted without trying to add on anything we didn’t need. It was a day and night difference from the other att store in town we visited earlier in the day.
