Awsome service! I'm somewhat new to rc rock crawling and the staff is always there to help and answer any questions I have. I definitely will continue to support their business with any of my future builds and purchases.

Great RC store! The online shop is the best RC shop in the world, maybe the best user interfece site. They have great international shipping options, a huge inventory and top customer service if something is not alright.

I purchased a LiPo charger 6 years ago, and when it required a new screen recently, they sent me a replacement at no cost, no questions asked.
My experience has been nothing but exceptional, and I want to express my gratitude to Graham in the returns section, he truly shines in customer service.

I was down on my luck looking for a few things for some kids as prizes for a small hand-game tournament. I looked at 5 different stores. I did not get much help from any of those stores.
The manager Jabari and his staff took the time to listen and showed a lot of compassion and support for what we were doing for the kids in the community. They were able to help out a LOT. The world needs more people like Jabari and his staff. Good hearted and down to earth.

Fantastic crew. I was on a long vacation from Oregon going to proline by the fire and decided to stop in so I could see where all my online sales were going. Jared and his crew are a very friendly good group of guys that seem eager to figure out your problems and help you on the spot. The experience from beginning to end is what I expect from a customer service perspective, and we quickly became friends drifting together on their indoor track with one of the guys, and another helping me learn about getting into the drone game. At the end of this shopping experience I left with two purchases and a great experience to take back to my home state. I would also like to thank John in the customer service department, it’s always easy to get frustrated with someone on the phone over something when buying online, but after this experience and my experience with John this truly feels like a local hobby shop even from a state away.

ordered a crawler online for a crazy sale price. arrived earlier than forecasted and in excellent condition. it was an rtr, so pre-assembled by the manufacturer and had a couple of minor issues. a quick chat session later, and the parts having issues are en route to my place in record time. this is not normal in my experience with any business, and even harder to come by in the rc world (based on numerous in person and online experiences at different shops).
this kind of customer service means that this is my first stop from now on! lifelong customer achievement unlocked. :)

Everyone here was extremely nice. Store was so awesome! The way they show case all the cars. When I walked in I was super surprised how nice it was and how nice the people working there were. Definitely a nice change of pace compared to the other hobby shop I've gone to in Sacramento since it's closer to my home. Awesome work guys!

Received my order earlier than expected. Everything arrived undamaged and working. Charging battery now. I would say amain hobbies is a good place to find what you need for your rc hobbies.

I drove up from Sacramento just to check this shop out! The location is easy to locate, even if you are not familiar with the area. On top of that I would venture to say they have some of the best customer service, knowledge, and general availablilty of items.When I entered the store I was greeted by all those working, and the staff were eager and willing to help me locate the items I was seeking, and answer any questions I had. There is a small turf course inside, and one could easily be in there for hours just checking everything out with boats, planes, trucks, cars, buggies. Stop reading this review, and go check them out!

Great selection at great prices. I've ordered lots of stuff from their online store. FANTASTIC customer service, fast delivery, good packaging, cheap shipping rates. AMain is #1 in my book. YouTube videos are great too 👍.

If you are into RC cars and trucks, this is the store to visit. They have everything from kits, RTRs, parts, online orders, in house repairs, indoor crawler courses, outdoor race tracks, etc. It was the 2 hour drive from the SF Bay area. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer service is great. I had ordered a quad from these folks and contacted them about 5 days after it was supposed to have showed up. They got back to me immediately and were willing to step up and send a replacement if USPS didn't get it to me in time. Thankfully, it did finally show up. But the fact that these guys were so quick to make things right, even for a screw-up that wasn't theirs, says a lot about their service. Highly highly recommend.

Drove here for the Labor Day event here., and it did not disappoint. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as I did not partake in the race event I did receive massive amounts of information of upcoming events and races across the country. Was able to purchase a few things onsite store and never the less a great experience for the family and the hobbyist himself ( parking doesn’t seam to be a problem )
