The Home Depot

Home Depot is my favorite of the home improvement stores sorry to the blue guys 😉. This one is very clean and well run, the employees are all available to help and want to, everyone has a smile. The prices are way better than my home town. Make sure you keep these guys in mind for your next project.

I like home depot.
I am a contractor and have been going to home depot for many years. Things change a bit but at the end of the day you can get a lot of different things in one store that help you save time.

I've been in and out of this store for over a decade.

I find their staff helpful and friendly. There has been a few times when an item was on back order and they have been honest and accurate about how long the delay would be.

I have entered the store happy and left the store happy. Every. Single. Time.

Home Depot has always been a favorite of mine. The one in Chico it's a wonderful wonderful place to shop everybody is so friendly and helpful. See the fence that my cat Mr McGillicuddy is standing on we got that wood at Home Depot. Mr McGillicuddy is very happy with his fence. He told me it felt like quality would.

Got everything I needed to make the fiancé her potting table and got lots of plants. The succulent selection is great, tons of plants to choose from and if they don’t have a plant you’re look for just come back in a few days.

Has to be one of the best run home depot's in northern California. The management obviously cares about their employees and it shows in the store. Very clean well organized well stocked shelves and there's always someone to help if you have an issue or a question.

Great store never had a problem there ...

One of my favorite hardware stores around. I've often had dreams of getting locked in after closing on a holiday weekend that they were closed for..... They would have opened on Monday morning to find me in the most awesome fort ever constructed up on their ceiling! Complete with self defense installations. Lol

They seem to have a great selection of tools.

The staff here has always been super helpful.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! I was looking for some gardening supplies, having problems finding one of them. I ask customer service for help and they directed me towards somebody in gardening. This customer service person; a gentleman, goes a thousand percent out of his way, to try to find this product for me. Said they had six in stock, but didn't. When I say he went out of his way; I mean he scoured the shelves, several times looking for it, for me. Thanks Home Depot, for the GREAT efforts. YOU GUYS are AWESOME. FIVE THUMBS UP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Love Home Depot. I've picked up wood projects to keep myself busy. Love the power tools there too. You can find just about anything to do projects around the house.

I returned an item from another Home Depot location I did not have a receipt but had charged on a credit card. there was no problem retuning it. Then i went to the electrical department for some wires to be cut . The 2 ladies working there were very friendly and helpful . Later i went back to get a disconnect box . The young man helping me did not know exactly what i needed so he called the lady who previously helped me . She both educated the young man and me about the proper item . Then i went to the plumbing department and got some great help over there.

Thank You Ethan for helping me find the items my Husband sent me into Home Depot for. He was Friendly and I felt as though he really cared about helping me! I really don't like asking for help to find something...not sure why I'm that way. I will seek help going forward due to Ethan!

We went in to pick up a Texas Trio grill for his birthday. They did not have it in stock, but they were able to order it for us and shipped to our house. It should be here in about a week. Awesome! Thanks!

It almost seems silly to write a review for Home Depot. It has more than a plentiful amount of reviews already. You either like it or you don't. I like it. But I will say that I've been most impressed with the cashiers during the pandemic. They remained upbeat and helpful. And they always seem to know right where everything is. Nothing worse than having a employee try to chase down something for you because they don't know where it is but that's never they've been the case for me at Home Depot.

I'm going to go out on a limb here... In the past it's been hard to find some assistance whether it be to carry something, a price check or to find something. This time however, we were asked promptly if we needs help. The associate answered our questions in a knowledgeable manner, assisted the carrying, and showed us where the next item we needed was. I truly am grateful. It was a nice surprise.

It's truly hard to say anything bad about Home Depot. I've always had excellent service and even though we have sometimes spent a good amount of money there even when you don't they still treat you like a pro customer. I've never had bad service there and the prices are generally much better than other brick and mortar hardware stores. When I need something I come here first. TIP: use their app or look at their website on your smart phone and you can find inventory numbers and location of things you need before you even get there. If you have a big purchase and need to save time call it in and it will be waiting for you. Easily 5 stars.

Super pet friendly
I go there all the time with my dog. They really love them. Even a lady that was afraid to dogs was gentle and nice with us.
The prices are good, a little cheaper than Lowe and more expensive than harbor freight and Walmart. I shop with my cellphone to compare prices for not overpay.
I like spending time there, there's always something new. Wish they have a coffee shop inside.
