After leaving the Verizon store at the Mall that was terribly busy on a day Verizon had trouble.
Everyone at the Mangrove Store were knowledgeable & helped me get the best deal possible & helped me transfer all my files & pictures. I would highly recommend this Verizon store!

Went in for the first time to upgrade my phone and was super nervous because this is my first time doing it on my own but the workers here where incredibly amazing and absolutely helpful. When we looked at phones they where super honest about all the phones we look at, pros and cons, as well as helping with the pricing of everything! I got a nice Google Pixel 7 for a incredible price thanks to the trade in offer I had. Shout out to Baniah she's a real one!!!

Brandon was very helpful the minute I walked through the door. He was able to help me understand certain policies at Verizon and helped me pick out a new phone. He offered to order one online or call other stores if I wanted a different size or color. Overall 10/10. Very welcoming and very communicative.

Brandon was the sales representative that worked with me and he was extremely helpful and nice. He got me in and out fast and handled all of my problems even when he’s beyond the scope of his job. This is the first time I’ve ever had a positive experience with Verizon. I came in upset because the other location had me wait an hour just to tell me they couldn’t help me. Thank you so much Brandon!!

Ivan was very helpful and although this purchase cost me a lot more than I could afford, as least we got my monthly payments down a little.

Briana was absolutely amazing, as well as Brandon I highly recommend both of them! Briana had great communication and was extremely nice to work with. I had to leave to go pick my son up from school then go to work so we couldn’t finish the approval process, I left my phone number and she called me with in 30 minutes to let me know that I was approved, I then made a appointment with her for the following morning to finish the set up of me getting my new phone and service. I was very happy at this location and and with her, being a first time customer it meant a lot to me on how much these employees cared. :) Oh and btw I’m absolutely in love with my new iPhone pro max, I traded in my old phone and got $800 off of a $1200 phone. I’m a very happy camper:) Thank you Verizon. And a big Thank you to Briana.

I walked in hoping to get some insight on upgrading my aging cellphone and was looking for a tablet or similar device. Baniah T. assisted me as Jose, the manager, was busy. As it were, I was Baniah's first customer, ever! She did an amazing job and was able to sync my new devices while I left to care for my injured dog at home. Prior to leaving to check on my pet, a disaffected customer disrupted the office but Baniah and Jose did a great job handling the uncooperative customer. In all, the devices are everything Baniah said they would be and I am very happy with this particular Verizon. The Mangrove store has consistently provided great service and they train their employees well...the dog is doing better for those concerned :)

Brandon was amazing. Went in with my aunt who was having trouble with her Apple ID but was also ready for an upgrade. She was nervous about going alone as she's not very tech savvy so i went with her. Brandon was so amazing and went above and beyond to help her that she really didn't need me at all.

I also bought some items for my new Samsung I bought online from Verizon based off his recommendations. He even offered to put on the screen protector I got from Amazon on my phone if i came back with it. He was never pushy, super patient and very professional.

I've always used the Chico Mall location in the past but this location was much more personal and much less stressful. Everyone was super nice and no feeling of being rushed or overwhelmed by options. My aunt opted out of bundling an iPad but the experience was great enough she's already considering coming back for the iPad. Huge win considering she's been terrified and avoiding this for a kinda ridiculously long time. Now I really wish I had gone here instead of doing my phone purchase online!

We were well taken care of I noticed that her badge said “new hire” but honestly she seemed like a seasoned professional :)

Brandon at the mangrove location in Chico was awesome! Very accommodating and easy to work with!

I was greeted upon entering; within a couple minutes staff was checking for my order and retrieving items, paperwork, and needed accessories. My contact on the order, Brandon arrived and took over with process of transfer of data from old devices to new. All went smoothly. Brandon mentioned his number is on my paperwork should I have any questions.

Ethan was great throughout my whole experience creating a new phone plan and getting a new phone. Made me and my partner feel very comfortable and was very helpful with making sure I got everything I needed.

Really great experience going into Verizon at Chico on mangrove and getting helped by Emily. Great staff was working there at the time, my process was a bit longer since I was buying a new phone after losing my old one. But my time being there was well spent as I asked plenty of questions and got great responses from Emily and her coworker. During my time there I also saw Emily’a coworker help a good amount of people who went in and out as she set me up with a new phone including a screen protector and case ! Over all great experience there I got a new phone for a good price that I can afford and got some excellent suggestions on how to maybe save a little more money and make my payments on time while doing so, thank you Emily!

Maddy, Emily. & Bree are double👍👍! Their patient working with elderly adults who are not real technology savvy was impeccable! They took so much time answering questions & making sure we the buyer were completely comfortable with our product upon leaving the store. I felt like giving them all a tip!

Alina was amazing and did everything she could so I could get my new note 10 plus. There were issues with the password over and over but finally after talking to tech support for an hour she finally did it on her own and it worked. Best customer service ever. All in all everyone is awesome their so I'd recommend them anyday because they will do what they can to make you leave happy.

As I said earlier Anton was excellent at walking me through the transition. Friendly, outgoing, interested in me and how I use my phone. Sorry to hear he is leaving the business.

Emily and her manager, Bree were great. One older phone we were transferring was being difficult. However, Bree did not give up and spent a good chunk of the day getting important messages transferred for me. They were great to work with!

Very friendly, and helpful staff. Alina Hansen helped me with a putting on a new screen protector to my iPhone today, and she definitely went the extra mile when cleaning and resurfacing my iPhone screen prior to putting on the new screen protector. It’s so refreshing to be helped by someone friendly and who is willing to take the extra time to make sure the job is done right. Thanks Alina!
