JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This place its the place to go if you are looking for fabric in Chico. They have lots of sales as well and they have a discount area as well. Great place for seasonal items as well. If you are a crafter there are lots of aisles just for crafters as well.

This is a great store. I can always find what I’m looking for — and then some! It has supplies for whatever craft you enjoy, as well as a great selection of fabric. There are always seasonal decorations to get your juices flowing. The staff is available and friendly. The app is always full of money-saving coupons; it’s not very often that I have to pay full price for anything. Great store!

Very helpful staff and fair pricing. I am usually the youngest person in here but its great for finding crafts stuff. The only nitpick I have is perhaps liven the space up. For a crafts store there isn't much art/craft on the walls to give examples or to add a splash of color to the shopping experience.

I love Joann's. They're knowledgeable, well stocked and lots of stuff on sale! I rarely leave without finding what I'm looking for and a new project I didn't know I needed, too! I get many of the supplies I use for my small craft business here.

I was just here a few days ago with my son; he is about 11 months. Throughout my visit I hear employees being very patient helping customers out. When it came down to helping me; they were helpful and friendly. They were very fair when they came to the line to cut fabric and they even asked me about my project.(which was very nice of them) I like going to the store, I dont come in often. When the lines are long every cashier gets on a register to make it go faster and they remind you about the coupons which is nice.

Experience was good and usually is. Picked up an online order with no hassle. Checked prices on a couple of items that the staff was very helpful in finding them since it was nearly closing time. The staff has always been very curious, helpful and knowledgeable. They are great at asking if you need anything and don't stick around or pester you of you say you don't which I appreciate.
Only two drawbacks I would say is I feel they're a bit pricy, but I think thats how the crafts world is and when my fiance gets loose in there, that's when I have to really worry about prices and if rent is going to get paid or not lol.

I love that Joanns is a pet friendly store. I was able to take my pup out for the first time to socialize her. Came for supplies to make my Christmas craft and left with a few extra treasures. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.

Awesome store has everything you need for every type of craft! And they are having huge discounts my mom found a sewing machine shed been wanting that is 400+ dollars and she got it 50% off .......great deal.

Excellent selection of craft supplies and customer service, and there's always some sort of sale or coupon if you have the phone app or sign up for mailings. Could use some more accommodations for the disabled, but the employees were happy to help me out anyway.

I was greeted upon entering the store, which was very nice. I was imediately helped when searching for an item I couldn't find. I even got a great explanation on how tgeir coupon and buy 1 get 1 system works. So to sum my experience up great place to explore, learn and excellent service.

Every visit is great customer service. Store is well stocked and clean. Cashiers always make sure to honor and find coupons.
Joann's is one of her best for customer service.

The staff is always friendly and helpful without hovering, and the fabric counter staff is willing to advise on projects. Definitely check out the clearance section and use the app coupons. We regularly save at least 50%

I am here often and absolutely love this store. It can be pricey but they always have coupons and try to help you save what you can. Friendly staff and not very busy usually.

Robust selection of all manner of craft supplies, prices seemed fair, and I received absolutely excellent customer service.

Stopped in and bought some small wood hearts as Micheals was out. They seem to have a better jewellery selection too. A lot of good buys going on right now.

Great deals if u sign up to be a member they send u coupons that in the end has saved me close to 200$ on what was originally a $300 total...think it came out to $140ish...Great selection of just about anything needed to start a craft/art project or hobby related tools n stuff.

They have almost everything you can imagine that you would need for any craft , knitting, jewelry, and many more things like quilting, sewing, baking you name it and you will probably find it there. Great place and good sales. also senior Wednesday.

They had everything I needed for my dollhouse decorating project. Wonderful prices too. Staff was available and helpful. Will definitely be going back for more.

Very large, clientele was helpful and friendly, had just about everything we needed and then some, plus free coupons after each purchase is a score!

Woo Hoo Great Sales!! Got end of bolt of the fuzzy fabric for a quick no frey lap quilt gift.., I feel silly after sale + end of bolt...one great adorable lap robe all of 4$$ hee hee!! Oh yup the place to go for good sales!!
